Cherry Ripe mudcake, with chocolate ganache made for my father's birthday. The cake was really easy to make, however working with black fondant was challenging at times. The applications are printed on edible icing. Thanks for looking.

Hubby got an iPhone 4 chocolate cake with raspberry and chocolate ganache filling. The whole cake is covered with black marshmallow fondant and decorated with fondant and royal icing accents. Everything is edible on this cake. Inspiration came from photos off the Apple.com website. http://simplyhomemadecakes.blogspot.com/

This cake was for a birthday celebrated on Halloween for a guy who loves his iPhone! All details were done in fondant. The grass was icing. This was my 4th cake.

This cake was for a friend whose two children have the same birthday as him, and his dad whose birthday is a few days before. Thanks to the suggestions given in my forum post, couldn't have pulled this off without you guys! Each side of the square cake was decorated for their individual interests. Buttercream frosting with fondant accents.

I made this cake for DH 31st birthday party, i got him an Ipad for his birthday and ipad cake for his surprise party. The cake is completely edible, the image is hand painted. TFL : )

Cake is Boston Creme Cake (Butter cake with chocolate ganache and bavarian cream filling) and covered in fondant. I made each icon out of fondant and used some royal icing. Background is printed on an edible icing sheet. Painted the sides with silver luster dust. TFL

Ahh! Had lots of fun with this one! My dear friend wanted a grooms cake as a suprise gift! I made an Iphone template and imported in 15 of their pictures...the pics tell the story of their relationship. Printed it all on ediable paper and had to hand make the bottom icons for the phone (paper wasn't big enough). Used a 1/4 sheet pan, but had to cut it down 1.5" or so. Luster dusted the grey fondant to give it a silver effect. They are made from fondant and her dress is luster dustes as well! It was a big hit with the groom!

I know this cake looks like a lot of others on this site, so a big THANKS to all those before me. The one personal touch was the iPhone in the pocket. This Doc likes to talk! This is a 1/4 sheet cake. Lab coat, tie, and undershirt are fondant. Accessories (phone, ID Badge, and stethoscope) are fondant/gumpaste.

This cake was done for a great couple. The girlfriend wanted to surprise her boyfriend on his birthday and was able to keep it a total secret. What a great delivery, being able to see his face. He even showed me his phone and the apps. All the apps are hand made from gumpaste

Well, I don't own an iphone, so this was the best I could do for a friend's request. Her daughter is turning 13, and she wanted a text message being sent to wish her a happy birthday. My teenage children pointed out all of my flaws, of course, but I think it looks OK. The cake is red velvet w/ buttercream filling. TFL
