Yep - another zebra cake. Birthday cake for my son's girlfriend's sixteenth. Triple chocolate fudge cake filled with cookies and cream and iced in buttercream; dreamsicle cake with buttercream. Homemade MMF for the white and hot pink; black Satin Ice. The matching cakeballs were actually the biggest hit with the kids.

This is a four tier bridal shower yellow cake. White fondant with snowflake impressions and jazzed up with pearl dust. black satin ribbon on the bottom of each tier and the bow. snowflake brooch on bow and silver initial on top. black ribbon and white gumpaste roses on top. A string of pearls around the bottom tier.

This cake was completely designed by our bride down to every detail. It stacked well and transported easily the 40 miles to its' destination. Thank you for looking.

Yet another zebra cake - but, ya gotta go with what folks like. Triple layer vanilla with buttercream. Homemade white fondant; all decs made with pre-made fondant. Thanks for looking!

Had been wanting to try out something a little sassy, so I made these. Zebra print done with wet-on-wet technique, then added black sanding sugar around the edges, and dragees for a "bling" effect. The swirled print was done just out of experimenting with the royal icing that was left over that I was trying to use up. :)

NFSC with royal icing and fondant embellishments. These were individual initial cookies for the great-grandchildren at a 70th Birthday Party. The children were so excited to have a cookie of their own with their initial :) These were for the same party as the tiered cookie "cake"

All fondant covered using a quilting pattern and silver dragees. Colors were brown and gold for the wedding. Cakes were vanilla with vanilla buttercream, chocolate with chocolate fudge buttercream, and a raspberry lime rickey cake (the favorite). Thanks for looking!

Patchwork of printed designs and photographs on edible frosting sheets. Small fondant accents such as cameo and bow. Cake was frosted with whipped cream and paper was sprayed with edible sealer. Filling was fresh fruit and pastry cream. Belgian 'biscuit' cake.

My first hexagon cake! Created to match the pattern on the invitation. Royal Icing piped Fleur de Lis, real ribbon, hand painted initial, fondant cross. TFL!

This cake was really fun! The design was all from the bride. I just love the carved initials! Combination of white almond cake with raspberry, lemon and chocolate buttercream fillings. (fresh gerber daisies) TFL!

3 tier cake made for our village street party to celebrate the wedding of Prince William and Kate. Bottom tier fruit cake,middle tier caramel & chocolate, top tier lemon. Crowns and "W" & "K" made with Patchwork Cutters and mexican paste then sprayed.
