Groom's cake is chocolate fudge cake with chocolate BC and covered in white fondant. Bride's cake is french vanilla covered in BC. Pearls are fondant with pearl luster dust. Everything is edible except for the ribbon on the buttonniere.

Copy of bridal gown - bodice was done in gumpaste, skirt was vanilla cake covered in fondant. Excuse the lovely blue non-skid mat under the cake - delivered to sister of bride who was taking it to the shower.

This cake was inspired by a wedding dress. It was also for competition. It won first runner up. It is entirely edible. There are over 1000 hand made sequins and pearls on this cake. It has hydrangeas on the top.

These were all different flavors and fillings but all iced in crisco based buttercream. Covered in a combination of fondants, some were covered in Fondarific and some in Satin ice(love both of them!) The graduate is supposed to look like my daughter (all gumpaste) Everything else is gumpaste too. Tons of work and didnt end up happy with it. I think the composition of it all is off ???

This is for my sissy who is getting married in October. I made this for her shower at work. It's devils food chocolate with vanilla buttercream. Fondant dress, royal icing swirls and sparkling sugar crystals for that sequins look. Loved it!!

This cake was ordered for a bride as a surprise from her mother. Mom said she always runs late and owns a vintage clothing and record store. She wanted a cake that had things on it to do with that, but time was a big issue. All the records have labels on them that I made and the song titles all have songs with the word time in it. The trunk has a gown and tux and flowers in it.

Here s a picture of the three-tiered graduation cake I made for my open house. It was pretty difficult being my first tiered cake and all and learning how to tier the cake from a book, but it never fell over so I think it worked pretty well. The cake was modeled after the invitation cards that I designed. The middle layer is all about me and my life in high school (Dance, piano, music, soccer, NHS....) And on the top of the cake is a road showing that my high school road has ended and my road to college is beginning. All decorations included the graduate is made from fondant and placed on buttercream frosting.

This cake was a 12" x 12" white cake with BC icing. The cake is done in the wedding colors. Roses are fondant. I have also attached a template that I created of the gown.

My first christening cake, this is a lemon cake filled with mango, crushed mareng, whipped cream and a mixed berry mousse. This is my second fondant cake, I made it for my friend and she was quite happy with it.

For a bridal shower of a bride to be married in Hawaii. Each flower is an individual cupcake. Hibiscus and plumeria are gumpaste, skirt of gown is fondant, gown bodice is gumpaste covered in white non-perils. Home made cuppie covers.

I made these for my sister's wedding last year for favors and then we had some extras out during the reception. Peggy Porschen's sugar cookie recipe with RI. Everyone seemed to really enjoy them :)
