This is my first attempt at making cookies. I made these for my DD's pre-school class (they had their halloween party today). They are NFSC, covered with chocolate clay. I forgot to take pics until they were already bagged up and I was about to head out the door with them, so this is the best shot of have of them!

This is my sons entry to his schools cake decorating contest at their festival. He is entering the Halloween category. He is 6, so I had to help with the fondant (ie. he rolled it and I layed it on). He painted the eyes and mouth holes and gave the little guy stiches..LOL. I just bought a plastic spider, couldren and candy corn and he placed them strategically on his ghost. The arms are blow-pops BTW. Thanks to mommykicksbutt for the inspiration. Can't wait for the results of the contest!!

My brother asked for cookies for his Halloween party "because they are easier". Hmm, easier for who?! I think I spent more hours on these than on most of the cakes in my gallery! Found out Toba's Glaze is tasty and doesn't dry tooth-cracking hard like royal, but it's a little soft for detail work. I used a food doodler pen for the writing on the tombstones.

Made for a 4 year old birthday party. Chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. all accents are mmf, except spider rings on colums. I know this is a very close copy of a beautiful cake I saw on cc but I couldn't find it again, so, if someone recognizes it, know I love your work and thank you!
