This was for a mans birthday ... the theme was football and his wife wanted a sexy cheerleader ... this is what I came up with. I used a half sheet cake for the body and the sports ball pan for the chest. All iced in buttercream and the skirt is fondant.

Team spirit cookies for my fellow Gators at work. I had a lot of fun making these, but I wasn't thrilled with how smushy the cookie turned out. I also wish that my royal icing would have been smoother. For being my third attempt at making cookies, I guess I have to realize practice makes perfect so I'll keep trying.

Royal icing gator head ... looked perfect until I tried to put it on the cake. I was pretty upset it broke apart. Don't know what went wrong. Made for the National Champ game tonight.

This is a 9x13 sponge cake with cream filling. I was given one day notice and came up with this design. Had I more time I would have got some football candles for an added touch.

I got the instructions from the Wilton website. I used the 67 leaf tip for the grass. This was for my father in law's birthday. He loved it!

My best friend wanted me to keep with the sports theme for her sons first bday, excpet he doesn't like colored frosting. The golf ball is just for him and it is sitting on a piece of melted green chocolate so it was easy for me to pick up and put on his highchair. His dad loves Clemson and the middle of the field is decorated with the Clemson paw...

This is a Miami Dolphins Football Helmet. The face mask shattered. It was made of fondant and molded around a hanger that I pieced together. I had to make another one. The whole cake is buttercream. The Miami Dolphin Logo is buttercream transfer. Transferring if off the wax paper was very hard. Maybe I made it wrong. But I made 4 of them to make sure at least 2 came out OK. I used 2 8 inch rounds for the bottom and the Better Crocker Wonder Bowl for the top. It was fun. I made it for my son-in-law.

No fail sugar cookies with antonia's icing. Penn State helmets and footballs for a 9 years old's birthday. I had to make 31 of these, tagged and bagged! My biggest order so far, I was so excited and happy to get them all done.

Birthday cake for a co-worker, who is a Vikings fan. I went on-line and found the pic (laying next to cake) to use as a model. Face and design was done free-hand. I was not happy with the crooked dividing line on the cake, and at the last minute I found I was out of board paper so had to use aluminum foil! (yuck!).

I'm a Pats fan! Decorated in RI. I didn't have a cookie cutter for the Pat's logo "flying Elvis" as it's called, so I reshape a big cookie cutter that I never used. Overall not too bad for a first try.
