These were made for a Pampered Chef party and my customer wanted something springy, with her favorite mint oreos crumbled on top. This is what I came up with-chocolate cupcakes with mint oreo crumb dirt, and skewered chocolate flowers stuck in the top.

I made these cupcakes for my Course 1 Lesson 3 project. It was a lot of fun and I was proud of them. I doubled the batch and delivered half to my dentist's office, Dr. Joe Grimaud and then the other batch the firefighters at Crestwood Firehouse (my usual cake drop- I mean really, what am I supposed to do with a cake every couple of weeks?) Of course, they were all devoured at both places. I love the bright colors and the glitter! Thanks for looking!

I baked cupcakes in icecream cones. It was for my daughter to take to school to share with her classmates for her birthday. The cupcakes were marble cake. I decorated with buttercream and a marzipan bee. The bee idea I got from the cake bible. I made them myself and used sheet gelatin for their wings and painted the black with a brush and black gel colouring.

I made these for someone's last day at work. They are WASC cupcakes with raspberry BC filling and lemon BC. I was just trying out some flowers and I topped them with white/clear edible glitter for a little sparkle.

I decided to experiment with some of the books I own but have never used and this was one of the results, a chocolate cupcake from "bake me I'm yours... Cupcake" by J & G Belgrove topped with Rose Levy Beranbaum's classic buttercream. I rushed the piping of the buttercream, I could have made it neater but I had lost track of time and it was 2am by the time I was putting the cakes together - the result was yummy, worth the effort.

5" cake covered in MMF with chocolate RI pattern and fondant ribbon painted with gold luster dust. Chocolate and vanilla buttercream topped cupcakes with a gold dragee on each. (Bride has her own glass stand and the silver plate will not be under the cake... didn't want to get my stand dirty...ha ha)
