I made this a couple of years ago for hubby's 30th birthday. He's a huge Grateful Dead fan. Bottom was a 9 x 13, top a 9 inch round. I printed a copy of the steal your face symbol, cut out the pieces and laid them on the cake, and then used a toothpick to trace the symbol onto the cake (this was before I knew about the pin prick method). All buttercream.

10 inch round with a lion piped on top. I wish that he would have looked a little "cleaner", but I still think he looks okay. Thanks for looking!!!

This is a cake I made for one of my co-workers. He is deathly afraid of clowns. We all thought we was going to freak out it but he loved cutting into the cake....revenge against the clown I guess. This cake was made with buttercream icing, nose is a gumball & cone hat held on with with a shish kabob skewer.

Cake is 8" square, covered in fondant. Hand painted with dusts and americolor gels. Customer wanted cake as a joke for co-worker who is a dog lover. DH recently came home w/ grey cat that she complains about in the ofc all day. I'm not much of a painter, but was pleased with the result. Criticism welcome.

I made this cake for my nephew who has just got his firth teeth. In Turkey, we have a tradition; when a baby gets his/her first tooth we organise a small party to celebrate this. We cook a special dish made of wheat for the tooth party. We also give presents to the baby at the party. Last week we had my nephew's party and this is his cake :))

This cake was inspired by a cake done by Cambo. Image cut from a 9 x 13 sheet cake. All buttercream. Did not have a printer that was working to transfer image, so I freehanded from Cambo's design. Thanks Cambo!

My sister's friend requested a smiley face cake, and this is what I came up with. The face is a round pan iced w/buttercream and covered w/fondant. The hat is a 1/2 sheet cake and I carved into a hat shape and star tip iced w/buttercream. The circles are made from fondant.
