Chocolate sheet cake with choc ganache filling.  Covered with RTR choc icing and decorated in BC.  Coloured sugar on water and grass.  Plastic figures.  Royal icing flowers.  Mint leaf lollies for bushes.

I made this cake for my two year old cousin.  I enjoyed making this cake.  I would make her mouth different if I did it again.  It is made out of fondant.

Buttercream with fondant accents. The figures are plastic toys.  5 layers (all rainbow colored).  The back side has a waterfall.  This cake was huge!  The kid loved it and so did the parents

This cake was made for a clients 2 year old daughter who loves Dora the Explorer....Chocolate Mars Bar (Milky Way in America) mud cake...Filled with a chocolate mousse and caramel sauce....Covered in fondant. Dora is cut out of fondant and the flowers are piped royal icing..

This is a Topsy Turvey....all buttercream...my 2nd attempt at the topsy turvey.. buttercream was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be!  fondant stars and toy Dora.

This cake was done all in fondant for a little girl's 2nd b-day carved out of a 12x18 pan.  I love it!!!  Lots of fun to make!

This was a figure it out as I go along cake..lol Had no clue what I was going to do. I made the trees, rocks , stars and the table from gumpaste and fondant. I used a balloon dora weight and made a fondant #1 to attach to it as the topper. I bought a dora centerpiece set which included the house. The characters were from sets that go to a Dora house.

My first attempt at Dora for a customer. Chocolate cake with butter cream icing (9 colours in all!!). Customer was very happy with it! Not bad considering I've never watched Dora before (I'm sure it'll happen though!)
