This is my first Christmas cupcake bouquet (and only my second cupcake creation!) I had to remind people that it was to eat, and not just the centerpiece!! :)

This is my very first cupcake bouquet!!! It came together just how I had hoped! I love it when that happens!!! I had to keep telling people they were cupcakes! It took a second for it to sink in that this was to eat!

This is my first cupcake bouquet. It proved a bit unstable so I had to put it back together with the cupcakes all facing upright. It did survive delivery!

I love the cupcake bouquets that everyone makes on here and I wanted to try one. Thanks to yourstrulytx for the inspiration for this one. I had a lot of trouble because the bottom element in my oven burned out, so the bottoms of the cupcakes were not done as well as the tops and when I put them on the stryofoam ball the kept falling out of their baking cups. =( At least I got a good picture and next time they should work out better. Thanks for looking.

I used heavier kabob sticks but I still had a horrible time keeping these cupcakes from falling off. Wondering if pound cake or something more sturdy might hold up better

RI flowers on chocolate cupcakes. I sent these to the retirement village for the nurses who care for my grandmother, as a thank you. I filled the pots with mini candy bars, then covered them with a cake circle, which I glued the half styro ball too. Then add cupcakes and butterflies! More work than I thought, but went together well.

19 regular size cupcakes. Tip 1M. Bows are candy melts. This is much easier (for me) than using red BC to dye half of the CCs.

I made this bouquet for a Christmas Eve celebration. Red icing perhaps a mistake for the little ones? Absolutely! Live & learn...

I made a cupcake bouquet for a friend at work for her December birthday. I used lollipop sticks to hold the cupcakes, and that worked very well. I just had to poke holes in the cupcakes with a toothpick to get them on the lollipop sticks. She liked it so much, she wouldn't let anyone eat the cupcakes!

This is my first cupcake bouquet. I cut styrofoam to fit inside the flower pot, then placed the toothpicks in the styrofoam. It was easier to place the cupcakes that way. I added the leaves after all the cupcakes were placed.

This was for a baby shower. There are a dozen cupcakes tucked neatly into this basket. (Hobby Lobby has the cutest containers!) I used 1M to do the roses. Thanks for looking!!!

These were carrot cake frosted with crusting cream cheese icing. They held up rather well. Two on the bottom though fell off after a couple of hours because the cake was so moist...no problem though, it was all eaten.

Display model of a cupcake bouquet --- RKT pressed into mini cupcake pan to make cupcakes -- buttercream roses (made with powdered sugar and Crisco only for longevity) -- buttercream colored with spectrum pastes to prevent fading. . ;-D

I originally wanted to cover the bouqeut with white and pink roses, however the roses that were on the bouquet sides kept falling off. I have several demos to do in the next few weeks so I am going to keep experimenting.

this was my first cupcake bouquet. I didn't have a flower pot so I used a bowl I had that fit. Pretty fun to make, and I really like the way they turn out. Mini cupcakes with buttercream.

This is the 1st of many CC bouquets going out this Valentine's Day. This is a "mini" version of my normal pot, using full size cc's (1/2 the normal amount)... I cut the foam ball in half to keep it from "needing" more fill space. Customer only wanted a half order. Pot was bought off the $ isle at Target, GREAT FIND..... CC's are the Crazy Chocolate Cake recipe off this site (eggless recipe) and normal white BC icing make Sugarshack style with a smidge of red airbrushing blown on.

This time I made it without the green leaves. Maybe next time I'll try adding buttercream baby's breath.

Got this idea from cambo. Making actual roses was time consuming and heavy but looked so pretty! I did a different flower (also thanks to cambo) that was quicker and didn't use so much icing. Please loved these! 6 mini cupcakes in a heart shaped dish.
