Brownies covered with buttercream frosting. The cherry on top is fondant with floral wire for the stem. My husband doesn't really like cake so I made him brownies instead for father's day. Thanks for looking! The design is inspired from mycakeschool.com

Inspired by the ice cream cone cakes here on CC. Buttercream "ice cream" scoops, cone is styro covered in fondant, fence is fondant. Tree is cake, covered in buttercream as well. Tree trunk is modeling chocolate. Sorry for the terrible pic, but I thought I could get a better one at the party. Unfortunately, the cone crashed in the car on the way. :( Lesson learned!

French vanilla with buttercream frosting. This is a cake I made for an extreme couponer. I used regular Ice cream cups and cut them in half, strawberry and chocolate ice cream is left over fondant.

This is another one of my (first) cake competition cakes. (I did two) I wanted to do something fun and since I had just done one of these cakes, this seemed like a good idea. I just tilted the top scoop to look like it was falling off. I used a 90 degree pvc angle to achieve this look and attached it to the pvc pipe that is the center of the structure. I spooned on small bits of very runny royal icing, to achieve the melting look. Cherry is made out of fondant and whipped cream is made out of royal icing. Cake board is done with individual squares of fondant. Very time consuming!! Cake is 30" tall. TFL

Inspired by a photo the bride found on Cake Central plus a few other ideas she had. Birch tree bark cakes, mushrooms, acorns, pine cones and small flowers all out of gum paste with some chocolate rocks I picked up at a candy store.

Princess castle cake for my niece's 3rd birthday. It's 8/6 vanilla cake with apricot filling and grenadine flavored buttercream. The towers are ice cream cones covered in fondant. The sign and door are fondant and the crown is gumpaste colored with luster dust and dipped in crystal sugar. The tourets are sugar cones. The brick pattern was made using an impression mat.

I made this cake for my niece, Harley. She loves Dora! This is a 10 in round yellow cake with all buttercream. Everything edible except Dora and Boots. Big tree is an ice cream cone. Pretzel trees covered in buttercream leaves. MMF for the mini bird bath fountain, rocks, boulders, and the cobblestone path. Cobblestone made from an impression mat.

Bottom tier is chocolate with buttercream, middle tier is strawberry with buttercream, top tier is vanilla with buttercream icing. The cone is foam, covered in modeling chocolate. Thank you, Brooke420 for the inspiration for this cake. Thank you for looking!

All fondant decorations. The cone is a real sugar cone filled with thick ganache and topped with a huge cake ball frosted with buttercream. Rainbow nonpariels sprinkled on top. The cake itself is chocolate chip with milk chocolate ganache. TFL!

The ice cream is stiff chocolate buttercream scooped with an ice cream scoop. Chocolate drizzle is ganache spilling over a perfectly pink cake! :) TFL

5th Birthday cupcakes for my son's Kindergarten class. Chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling and chocolate ganache icing embellished with edible decorations letter Gs, number 5s and mini oreos. Inspired by nefgaby ('s) valentine cupcakes. Unfortunately my cups were too narrow at the bottom to provide adequate stablised support and they had a tendancy to topple over easily.
