I was asked to do the four sheet cakes for my husband's December graduation banquet. Thanks to CC, I was able to pull it off successfully! This one is Snickerdoodle w/ Cinnamon BC. The pine cones are chocolate BC on pretzel sticks, following a tutorial I found here in the forums. Thanks for looking!

My youngest daughter had to take a food to school for a pot luck that started with the same letter as her name. I might have taken it a bit too far! LOL! The class loved them! I baked a rich chocolate cake batter that I added cinnamon to in ice cream cones. I added 4 chocolatechips to each cone before baking. I decorated them with chocolate buttercream icing and added sprinkles to the top. The icing was much cuter before I moved them to the school. They are very top heavy and fell over! I tried to fix them.

We came up with this from the detailing on the invitation. The scoops of ice cream or a foam ball covered in fondant and then a real cone - all covered in fondant. It was a really fun cake to do, just wish it wouldn't have been so last minute - could have had a ton of fun molding things!!

Okay, this was really fun! I used NFSC for the cookie and then used the same cookie cutter to cut the cone out of brown fondant and then a small roller to get the cone design. For the ice cream part I cut a larger circle out of orange fondant and cut off a straight edge. I put a small scoop of buttercream directly on the cookie and then laid the orange circle over that and sealed the edges. All of this was done as soon as the cookies came out of the oven.

These are a few of the cookies I made for my son's 2nd birthday party. They are NFSC with Toba's glace and a dark chocolate cookie, also with Toba's glace. Not the best job and I couldn't find any pictures of other dump truck cookies so I just kind of freehanded it. The "2" and the construction cone were hand cut because I didn't have a cutter, so they are a bit rough. All in all, I think they turned out okay. But I think I'll invest in the cookie cutters next time. :) Thanks for looking!

Cake is half chocolate, half strawberry with vanilla icing in between layers. Ice cream cone cupcakes are in disposable cocktail cups filled with M&M's and/or skittles for stabilitzing/transporting (idea found here at cakecentral Thanks!) Tops of cones on cake are cherry sours candies. Tops of cones on ice cream cone cupcakes are sixlets chocolate candies. It made a fun presentation when combined. I had 48 cupcakes in the cocktail cups surrounding the cake. :)

My sister in law loves running and candy so for her birthday cake, we decorated a cake like the candy land board game. She is running on starburst road, past Reese's peanut butter cup pond, past lollipop forest, through Peep Town and by Ice Cream Cone Mountains. The kids had a blast decorating it.

This was a 60th surprise birthday cake for my dad that was held at my home. I incorporated ideas from different cakes into a special cake just for dad as he loves his coffee and ice cream. Many of his friends were surprised that I made it for him. Everyone loved it and I did too. It is bc w/ fondant ring, handle and steam. Had a hard time with the handle staying even with toothpicks, but it still worked out.

These cone cupcakes were done for my son's class, they were celebrating spring time. They were made very last minute. I knew that I wanted a butterfly on them, but most methods of making butterflies needing drying time....so I piped a butterfly onto a sucker, then pushed the sucker stick down into the cake. All buttercream w/M&M's. Thanks to nefgaby and JennT for showing your clever idea for transporting cone cupcakes! Thanks for looking!
