This was a complete nightmare!!! The lady saw this in the 2004 Wilton yearbook. I said that I could do it. I used a 9 inch round instead of an 8 thinking that would work better. However...I should have done it like the book said! It was very hard to get even divisions!

This was my first fondant cake for my Wilton Level III class. It had a lot of powdered sugar on the fondant residual from rolling it out, so that is what the white marks are.

Second cake for Wilton course 1. Had a lot of fun with the figure piping. Added the safety first to the back of the cake b/c it went to work with me-clean safety record for over 2 years. Snickerdoodle cake with Cinnamon buttercream icing.

I made this Finding Nemo cake for my son's 2nd Birthday. He is a HUGE fan of the film, he has a duvet cover withit on aswell, so this just seemed the obvious choice for his birthday cake.

This was my second cake in Course 1. I thought the colors turned out great together, though they looked really bright in the decorating bags. I think I got a reputation in our class for having the craziest icing colors.

This is the clown cake (the second cake) from Course 1. I couldn't believe how easy they were to do. It definately looks a lot harder than it really is.

This is a cake for someone with JoJo theme. It is a 10" square; with a Pampered Chef batter bowl used for making the tent cake. This is decorated with buttercream and freehanded like all my cakes. The customer wanted to use figurines to keep the price down. I love the bright colors; it makes the cake stand out.
