This bride's colours were black and pink, so I did the cookies with tiny pink dots for rosebuds and tiny green leaves. I toyed with doing the bottom border in black, but went with matching pink in the end. I was too afraid it would look weird on a wedding cookie!

My brother-in-law is a bassist and actually won a guitar off the internet -- so my sister asked me to duplicate said bass for his grooms cake. It took me five days and was over four feet long. Apologies for the poor film quality -- it's a scanned image.

Care Bear cake. (sigh) my star did not come out right, but it's still cute. I added a little more icing to the BCT. It looks so different in person. Came out real cute and furry I even added more icing to his belly where the cupcake looks I guess you can say 3d. Marble cake, buttercream icing and a BCT.

This is a wedding cake that I did for my sister on a 2 days notice for her wedding. Her husband is in the army and they moved up his ship out date so they had to move up the wedding by a month. This cake is vailla, chocolate and strawberry. With filling in each. Covered in fondant. This was my first time using fondant and with 2 days to make the cake I think that it was the wrong time to try it. This is only the second cake that I've actually decoreated/made. Thanks for looking...

Here is the last one from last week I promise!! This is the one that I needed the help with. My cupcakes weren't close enough together in some spots and my icing started to "fall". I added the star to try and cover.

This is a 2 layer 10" round yellow cake with buttercream frosting. This is my 3rd customer cake and I made this one with one hand. Three weeks ago while making icing for my son's bithday cake I accidently stuck the butcher knife thru my left hand, had to have surgery on it! I used the mini bear pan to make the frog and a 6" lollipop stick holding frog upright, the icing made him top heavy.

I made this cake for my father in law. I used the doll cake pan and cut the mountain in half. I filled in with icing and used a papertowel to smooth the surface! The sand trap is made with crumbled graham crackers and the trees are made with sugar cones and stiff buttercream frosting.

The bride wanted a stacked cake, but did not want to see the pillars. I used a hidden pillar system that fits directly on the plate and goes all the way through for a secure build. The bride's colors were pastel pink, yellow, and green. The cakes were accented with small dots in the bride's colors. The pillars were camoflauged with light green netting.

I did this as a joke for a local pipe laying company. They were laying pipe on Section Road. Needless to say...between the rain and the tractors, Section Road was pretty messed up! The owner of the company really got a kick out it!

This cake was done for my boyfriend's neice. She had been asking me for 3 weeks to make her a cake while she's here for the summer, so I made one in her favorite color. The cake is a white cake turned into a grape jello poke cake. She loved it :D

Made this cake for a friends stagette, representing last chance for some wild ones before settling down to only one. Also made one similiar for a Divorce party implying one down many more to choose from. Served both with penis chocolates and penis cookies. They created much laughter and fun. Made these before I learned to decorate with icing bag & tips but had fun anyway.

my first attempt at a candy cake. I used the dream whip frosting and LOTS of candy. This is for a girl that thinks she is too long for a birthday cake. I think it's great.

Simple Fall cake for a Bride getting married on a farm in a Barn! All the leaves were made ahead of time in different fall tones, then wired and taped together. The branches coming out from under them was a last minute add. Sides were frosted smooth. The bears along the bottom cake were made from fondant and kept soft on a board until time to place, bear topper was purchased and placed on a sugar coated base with smaller sugar fall leaves, including the tree. Leaves and greenery on table were real.

Fun Cake to make for someone who wanted something different than the traditional seashell tropical cake. Couple was getting married in Fiji and this was for their reception. Palm Trees were molded and dried for a week or two ahead of time, as well as the top of the hut...Flowers in side were of gum paste and lay on the island shape; fish and reeds decorated right on cake.
