The flowers are Edible Image borders. Dropflowers are added to the sides of the all b'cream sheet. It's hard to see but there are a couple of very tiny piped bunnies running away (you see only their backsides:) The design is loosely based on one found in a Mary Ford book.

I love these cookies! I wanted to do something fun for Easter so I was really excited when these turned out so cute. They are NFSC with marshmallow rolled buttercream and colored sugar. I made the cutter from one of those do it yourself kits. Happy Easter!

Started with egg shaped cookie, iced sky blue with RI. With paint brush and thin RI painted cloud, tree and landscape. Then added fondant bunny, basket, eggs, butterfly. I then added RI grass here and there. With the same cutter used for cookie, cut out white fondant piece and cut hole in center for peeking through. Laid this piece on large domed egg to dry. When dry placed it on the decorated cookie and piped around it. I made one for each of my grandkids. TFL

I had promised to bring the cake for an easter lunch at my brother's, but since I only came home from holiday the day before, I didn't have time to do all that much decorating.
So this is what I ended up with instead. Carrot cake with chopped walnuts, raisins soaked in dark rum and orange and lemon peel, then layered with cream cheese frosting and decorated with a few quick bunnies and flowers.

This is a cake I made for our Easter dinner with our friends. The bottom layer is banana cake with a cream cheese frosting and the top layer is a yellow cake with a buttercream frosting. The design for the bunnies on the bottom layer was inspired by my Easter placemats! All accents, including the bunny on top, are fondant!

First cake-decorating attempt. The pink covering was homemade marshmallow fondant, the grass was tinted coconut, and all other accents (flowers, picket fence, bunnies, chicks, carrots, eggs) were store-bought rolled fondant. Learned a lot of lessons for next time! Thanks to other CC cakes that served as inspiration.

This is the cake i made for the Easter Fairy Topper, posted a couple of weeks ago. All decorations are gumpaste. 9" hexagon yellow cake with Tiramasu BC filling & frosting. It was delicious. The Tiramasu was a sample from Amoretti, I can honestly say it is really god flavoring.
