ohhhh, boy am I glad this one was finished.I did a Spiderman transfer for his cake bit it broke. All completely MY fault & could have been avoided, but none the less it happened. This Spiderman was free-handed from a picture out of his coloring book.I did it on a 12" Frnch vanilla cake. BC icing complete. I am sorry the picture is so dark. I need to try to lighten it up some. I would really like to do a filling next time other then BC, but not really sure what to put in there. Any & all pointers are welcome!

This was for my son's 9th b-day. It was done with an old Wilton pan I have that makes both layers at once. I was really stuck for an idea on this one, but the result was okay.

This is a Spiderman cake I made for my son's 6th birthday. I needed more cake than the pan fed, so I tried to put it on a sheet cake. Turned out okay and the kids loved it. Last time I'll probably have the WHOLE class though! Thanks for looking!

10" B/C icing with fondant babies, bears & buttons. First time making babies, bears or buttons for that matter. Was a lot of fun. Pleasantly surprised at how it turned out.

This was a christening cake for two brothers being christened on the same day. I was not at all happy with the writing, and scraped it off twice and this was still the best I could do! The ruffle around the bottom was my favorite part.

First I must thank sugarshack for her beautiful cake that inspired this design. I did add an extra layer and changed the pink to orange. I think it turned out pretty well.

I did this for a friend's son--he's an outdoor nut! Sorry the picture is terrible. The cake is completely done in BC; the "fish" is actually a can koozie and the lore is just that (from Bass Pro)! They loved it!!! Thanks for looking!

My first non-solicited, paid cake! FBCT of Eagle medal. It must have been too thin, it broke twice and ended up a little bit crooked. But the client loved it!

I did this huge cake for a Boy Scout Banquet. It was 4 foot by 3 foot. After I made this cake I was afraid that it would not fit out the door. Luckily for me, I was able to get it out the door and to the banquet just in time. I did the background to match the background of a picture.

The loops on this design wore me out pretty quickly, so I feel half of the cake was messy looking. It had it's challenges, but I loved the design that I of course found here on CC. The moms and guests at the baby shower loved both cakes. Chocolate devil's food with almond icing and ganache truffle filling.

I did this for a gift certificate winner I donated to my son's school fundraiser. The nurse at the school won it and used it for her son's birthday. White cake, marbled blue, BC frosting with FBCT spidey. Had fun making spidey! Thanks for looking
