Marble cake covered and decorated with MMF. I made the paint splats with icing gel (not super happy with them, didn't stand out as much as I had hoped) and trees are MMF covered mini ice cream cones. I'm loving my new Wilton alphabet set... I'm a terribly messy speller. Oh, and gum balls on the border with some BC icing.

KUDOS to lonestamper on her design of this cake. I used rice krispie treats covered with buttercream icing for Raphael, candy clay covered cake board for manhole cover, base and cake side. Fondant and gumpaste for letters, mask and hands. This was fun to make for a coworkers' son.

This was the first time I ever attemped a 3D cake. I worked at my job all night and was very tired when I decorated it and was a little messy with the food coloring, but my grandson loved it anyway. He was very impressed that I knew what his jersey number was. Thanks for looking.

I made this cake for my son's 4th birthday. I also made the little candy bars. Can't see them very well in this picture, but each bar had one of the kids names on them. We gave them out with the party favors.

This cake was made for a 10 yr boy who loves to play Disney's Toon Town Online. I had never heard of it before but I guess it is really popular with the kids now. It is a choc cake with cookies and cream filling piped on bc and then smoothed with the viva paper towel method. The ears are gumpaste. Thanks for looking!!

Justa standard Wilton pan cake. Decorating was much more challenging than I thought. And I had to use the whole jar of red to colour the icing.

This is a cake I made for my nephews birthday party. He said he wanted a "bumblebee transformer" cake. This is what I came up with. It is an 8" square & 6" circle. The black decoratios are fondant. The transformer on top is a toy.

This is the back of the transformer cake. For those wondering ... there is no "cake" ... the whole thing is rice cereal/marshmallow treats, fondant, and melted hard candy and soft cake cookies for the wheels. Unfortunately, I don't have any "work in progress" photos, as we didn't have time to think of taking them. Thanks for all the great comments. You will hear back if there are ever instructions available.
