Birthday castle cake for a girl who has sun as her kindergarten symbol. Mom will also add Hello Kitty toy on the top. Purple not coming out well in the photo (as usual).Really don't like the turrets but the only size of icecream cones I could get was this one. Vanilla cake with raspberry IMBC, fresh raspberries and white chocolate ganache. Covered in fondant, decorations fondant, turrets covered with candy melts and golden sanding sugar. Sun gumpaste.

Made this cake for my son's 30th, who is computer fanatic. It was my first attempt using fondant & found it a bit harder than I thought. I'm a complete novice at decorating but I'm having so much fun learning!!!

This is an 8" Marble cake frosted in buttercream. I hand painted the W logo and the RAW logo was hand cut from fondant.

This cake was made for my sister's birthday and to welcome home her new baby daughter. They are stationed overseas in Okinawa right now and her favorite flower is the lotus. Along the side of the cake I wrote "Congratulations", "Family" and spelled out their names.

My first Fondant cake! Top is strawberries and cream cake with strawberry icing covered in pink home made fondant. Bottom is French vanilla cake with butter cream icing covered in white fondant. The beads are made of candy.

My Toy Story inspired cake. Wasn't 100% happy with their faces but happy with the rest of the cake lol ... Thank you to Sasha The White Box Cake Co. for letting me use her army man moulds and thank you to Lesley over at Royal Bakery I bought my very first tutorial yesterday which was her clouds tutorial and it was money well spent I was delighted with my clouds on this cake
