Customer asked to 'stylize' and caracature her friend into a cake--so I did! She loved it and the shape was fun and unique. This cake is covered in fondante and was white chocolate and strawberry flavour.

Mini-Cake for my daughter's 1st, Garden Themed, Birthday party. Pink Butter Cream frosting covered in pink sugar crystals with sugar cookie flowers.

Made this for my daughers 2nd birthday. My grandma (her great-grandma) sent her a bunny she keeps with her everywhere she goes. 6 layers of yellow cake with lemon frosting. The ears and dress are fondant.

This cake was made to look similar to the plates for the little girl's first birthday party. Everything other than Pooh was fondant. Found him and the other characters at the dollar store & made fondant party hats on them to again match the plate image. The fondant trim around bottom also had the effect of the trim of the plate. TFL =)

My first attempt at a topsy-turvey cake. This was very difficult. I was given a picture of a cake for the specific shape and a few other changes. Used MMF.

White cake w/ extender. Buttercream and MMF accents. Cake design based off of the margarita cakes on CC (ByTheSlice made a gorgeous one). Plastic margarita glass is filled with lime jello & has crystal sugar sprinkles "salt" and piping gel on rim. For a 21st birthday. My favorite cake yet. :)

I made this cake in March for my daughter's first birthday. the little one was her personal one that was made in a custard dish. The main cake was iced and the details were fondant and icing. I had so much fun with this cake!!

Tinkerbell and her pixie friend. Came as a set from CVS (the only store open this late...I am such a procrastinator...I couldn't buy a real cake topper haha). There is a paper towel tube in there and an ice cream cone of course!

My sister just completed school to be a make-up artist so I thought it would be a fun theme for her b'day cake. It's a strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream icing. All of the decorations are made out of vanilla flavored fondant. Most of the pieces were to big to eat though.

I made this for my daughter's 1st birthday. This is my first attempt at a topsy turvy. I used LOTS of dowel rods to make sure it didn't fall down. Each tier is two to three cakes stacked and angeled. Used BC for the main frosting and added fondant decorations. The minnie mouse hat is half of a ball pan covered in fondant with gumpast ears and bow. I was very pleased with the outcome.

This is another one I did for my daughter's first birthday to celebrate with family who could not come to her party. It is an 8in round with two 4in round for the ears. Used BC with fondant for facial pieces and decorations.

This is the smash cake for my daughter's 1st birthday. Just used a ball pan, BC frosting, and fondant accents. Bow and ears are gumpaste. She loved digging into this cake!

A little girl's HM birthday party...chocolate cake torted and filled w/ BC. This was one I'd posted about how I knocked over my two jars of sparkle I was going to use, and had to use P earl Dust instead. Didn't really give it the look I was going for, but at least the birthday girl liked it. :-)
