Made this for a special little girl's birthday. Mom gave me a pic to copy (from arteatsbakery.com) and I got it nearly the same, except for a few minor changes. She loved it!

Emma's 6th birthday cake. The suns were hand cut and made from gumpaste. All the flowers are edible along with the frying pan and satchel. The birthday girl helped with the decorating. The water is made from sky blue colored piping gel.

I made this cake for my friend that was diagnosed with breast cancer last year on her 39th birthday. Tomorrow is her 40th birthday & we are hosting a benefit dance for her. It should be a happy celebration after a hard year of chemo & radiation treatments.

This turned out horrible!!! Everyone else's ruffled cakes look beautiful and mine turned out to be a disaster! At least I figured out what to do next time. I usually make my own flowers, but I was so upset with how the ruffles turned out, that I put silk hydrangea's on top.

Cake Order (Jan 2012). I covered a polystyrene ball with yellow fondant for Miss Sunshine. Made all the daisies from fondant/gumpaste. Hope you enjoy!!

My daughter's 14th birthday cake - she saw this one http://cakecentral.com/gallery/2240511/flowers and loved the flowers and colors. It's my first fondant-covered cake and I had to make the flower on top with heart cutters (it's supposed to be a peony) and not the skill level of Almie's, but she loved it.

This is a two tiered full sheet cake, this lady took this cake to a homeless shelter and fed them on her birtyday. It felt so good when she called me on the phone with one of the guys from the shelter, he wanted to tell me how much he loved the cake.

For a little girl turning 8! She wanted a bunny and flowers for Spring and this is what we came up with. The cake is Buttercream icing on both tiers. The decorations are fondant and gumpaste. TFL :)
