This cake is iced with fondant and lined with fondant rosettes. the teddy bear is a small cake iced with BC, he is holding a fondant blanket with scull and cross bones, sitting next to a fondant bow. This cake was done for a friend who is really into that kind of thing.

10" round (2 layers) in chocolate, Wilton bear turned into frog white cake with Whipped Cream Buttercream Icing...I personally did not like the flavor of the icing, but it's what was requested. Also, the icing was VERY hard to get smooth b/c it was soooo light and noncrusting...pain in the rear!! But all turned out well!

German chocolate, chocolate and vanilla layers, covered in fondant. Witch is made of gum paste (face) and fondant (body/robe). All decorations were hand made and edible (except the baby!). Dry ice was placed in the medal cup inside the fondant cauldron to create fog rolling down the sides of the cake.

This was a baby shower cake for a little boy. I made the bugs out of fondant and then painted them with food coloring paste. It turned out so cute. I like to top the cakes with something that they can have for a keepsake.

I used buttercream icing and only did the clothes line and blanket in fondant. The one in the wilton yearbook is covered in fondant and the mother does not like the fondant. So we settled on this design.

This is a Wilton Baby cake it's Toba's Yellow Cake with NCBC and MMF. I did a 6" and an 8" instead of both the same size. It makes more sense to me like that. The petit fours are just left over batter in a mini-muffin pan covered the same as the cakes. I only had about 4 hours to whip this one up for tomorrow. Hope I did it justice.

The Baby is Fondant with a fondant blanket. I used a scouring pad to press on it to make it look like terry cloth. The pillow instructions were from cake central. First one....need a little practice. This cake was fun and relaxing to do.

Cake is classic white cake with 1/2 butter, 1/2 crisco buttercream. Flowers out of gumpaste, sign, frogs, blanket, butterflies, dragonflies and large flower on top made of fondant and decorated with pastel chalks. I got the idea for the frogs off of another users frog prince (I don't rememer her name though). So thank you! I was just disappointed on how UN-smooth the buttercream is. My friend told me to stop messing with it, cause she said everything else totally draws away from the flaws. :)

This is an 8" 2-layer square cake and 6" 2-layer round cake iced in buttercream. Stars, ribbon, bow, stripes, onesie and "tissue paper" strips are all fondant. This was inspired by Emmers' version of this cake for girls w/ flowers so I changed it for a baby boy's shower.
