Matching baby shower cakes . White cake covered in light green fondant with chocolate bows and chocolate dots , gift tags were made from gum paste and fondant . I used a stamp to imprint the baby's feet.

I made this for my girlfriends baby shower. She was doing her little boys room in a jungle theme. I used a bear cake pan and just made it look like a monkey. For my first time it wasn't half bad. Thanks for stopping by!

Baby Shower cake in mint green rolled fondant with star cutouts and a white rolled fondant bow which i used a scoring tool to add dimension. I then added ceramic baby booties for keepsakes, rathr than make out of fondant.

This cake was made for a dear friend of mine who adopted a precious little boy. Thank you to everyone who helped me on cc to make this cake. I needed a lot of help, and everyone was definately helpful. Very fun cake to make. Top layer was a caramel cake with buttercream filling, 2nd tier was wasc with bavarian cream and last tier was darn good chocolate cake with bavarian cream filling and chocolated buttercream. The cake was amazing it tasted great and was a lot of fun to make!

Here is another baby shower sheet cake I made for my friend. I just freehand the pictures of the duck, baby bottle, butterfly, and clothes pin. I also piped little clothes pins along each side to give it some more character.

This cake was made for a very special young lady who was having twins (a girl and a boy). She had mentioned it didn't have to be the traditional pink and blue so this is what I came up with. Everything is edible. All decorations are made of chocolate.

Baby Shower Cake with daisy chain and bootees (My first attempt at bootees, not sure I've quite got them right ). The Baby Shower was delayed because of snow and the baby came early, so in the end it read 'Sooner than we thought!'

10'' round cake cover in fondant with checker board side...the lion was transfer with piping gel onto the cake and then the areas were filled with tip 14 ...the desing was from theme paper plate set.

13" and 10" round fondant covered cakes with all sugar fondant and gumpaste decorations. Lady bug is made from half ball pan with fondant hand modled head. Fondant marbled green bow finishes the front of the cake. Board is covered with textured fondant and red ribbon on the edge. Large daisy petals are made with white fondant and dried. Small blossoms on the cake sides are made of fondant with red fondant balls and lady bugs in the centers.

This was my first time at doing a sculptured cake. I used a 50/50 mix of gumpaste and fondant for the blanket, head, feet, hands, teething ring and spilled milk with bottle. The worried baby is hanging on hoping not to slip through and his little feet are peeking below. The tubes are carrot cake covered with buttercream and fondant and it involved coloring, sculpting, shaping, forming and painting. I love doing cakes as it allows me to bring people joy and gets my creative juices flowing!

It's a 2 layers 16 inch and 8 inch Fondant Rum cake with Dulce Leche filling. It's pink and blue since it was made for 2 sisters that one is having a girl and the other a boy within 5 days apart.

This is a two tier baby shower cake with the second tier sitting on gum paste blocks. The top tier has a decorated teddy bear cake on top of it. All decorations are handmade from gum paste or fondant.

Bottom tier is WASC with butter cream icing, top tier is choc fudge with butter cream icing . Michelle searched through CC galleries looking for a baby shower cake . She found a cake by Lori Rice. We used her cool design and adapted it for Michelle's colors and used square cakes. Then I gussied it up a bit for a little girl. Thanks Lori very cute design.

This cake is really my 2nd cake. It was for my best friend baby shower. It was a challenge. I did my best. The baby on top came really cute with the tiny wings. Everybody loved it. Butterflies made of royal icing, flowers and baby are from 1/2 fondant and 1/2 gum paste. Cake covered with fondant. (I forgot to bring the tray :( I had to make one with whatever I could)

Three tiered cake. Bottom tier butter cake with buttercream filling, top two tiers double chocolate with chocolate buttercream filling. Top and bottom tiers covered in pink fondant, middle tier cover in chocolate fondant. Butterfly embossed along bottom tier strips,middle tier I embossed with a roller to form a quilted look then placed pink dragees,top tier I embellished with butterfly cut outs ad flower cut outs with a button center( these same flowers were also placed along the base of the cake). I finished the whole thing off with gumpaste baby shoes on top and sprayed the whole cake with pearl air brush.
