This is made just like the blue one that I put on here, but it's for a little girl instead. The bottom is an 11 x 15 sheet cake and the baby bottom is a carved 6'' round. Buttercream with fondant and gumpaste accents. Thanks for looking!

The client doesn't know what she's having so they chose an invitation that was neither feminine nor masculine. I designed the cake using the invitation as a guide. Used Ganache under the fondant and my cricut to cut out the letters and stars. I freehanded the baby carriage.

Lemon cake with blueberry filling. Friend gave me the picture from another web site and thankfully, they wrote how they did it, joined cc about the same time and learned how to work with RKT. Fondant on the leg was too thin and tore, so I added the bear to cover the tear. Buttercream with fondant decorations, feet and legs RKT, ball pan for rump, 10 inch round. I imprinted the blanket with the fondant roller that came with the Wilton Fondant/Gumpaste course.

Requested western cowboy theme for baby shower. First time for rope border, cowboy hat & boots which were done in fondant as accents on buttercream. Fun cake thanks for looking. :)

I did this cake for one of my very best friends' baby shower. I did the baby shoes and rattle out of fondant covered stryo. balls, baby keys were gumpaste ring and fondant keys, monkey on top was done out of rice krispy treats and covered in fondant. Cake covered in bc with fond. accents. TFL!

I made this cake as a gift for my cousin's baby shower. Each tier is a reproduction of different fabrics in the baby's room. Bottom layer was a chocolate cake with raspberry filling, middle was a vanilla cake with raspberry filling, and the top tier (which was boxed up for them to take home) was an orange creamsicle cake. The icing was satin ice with a hefty layer of buttercream underneath and all the decorations were also fondant.

This was requested by someone who didn't know what they were having. They just wanted simple borders, inscription, and baby shoes. The baby shoes are made out of gingerbread cookies and iced with butter cream frosting.

This is the fourth 'baby feet' cake I've done but the first for a baby boy. Chocolate cake filled with raspberry, iced with choc bc frosting and covered with fondant. Inscription in royal icing. Feet are hand molded out of MMF.

This is my take on the 'rump.' It's also my first fondant cake. MMF is super easy to make, wish I'd not put it off for so long, & the taste, WOW - compared to Wilton :) Needed a bigger cake board, the R leg is fatter than than the L leg & I rolled the MMF a little too thin for the L leg. I put so many hours into this since it was a first, lots of trial & error, but so worth it & I look forward to the next one!!! A special thanks to the forum members who taught me a few things about MMF....I'd be so lost w/out CC!!
Feet & legs are RKT.

CSM: Yeah- the people who bought it actually named it that :)
White and chocolate cakes with buttercream icing and a fondant baby plaque that I made from a picture that the daddy to be drew. Different than the normal booties and baby butts these days :) The only thing I didn't like was that they asked for an indent in the middle of the cake to show where the different cakes were.

This cake was so fun to do! I cut out each of the clothing items for the clothes line and hand painted them. The ribbon around the cake just happened to be some that I had around and was so excited that it matched! Baby buggy is made out of gum paste, clothes out of fondant. Carrot cake covered in MMF.

My friend wanted a religious type cake for her baby shower so I made this using the book cake pan from Wilton. Home made buttercream recipe from Wilton also. Free handed all the lettering and put a picture of the ulrasound on the right side.

9" and 12" round cakes with buttercream icing with fondant accents. The bow on top was gumpaste/fondant. I got the idea from cakes by Pooky813 and Skaggs1 so thanks guys!

This was done out of a 12 inch round cake pan. Covered with marshmallow fondant. The bear are from the mini bear cake model from wilton. The blocks are rice crispies cut in cubes and covered in gum paste. And the baby booties and all the other little decorations are made from gum paste.
