I made 6 of each cupcake except for the cherry and lemon pies (only made 2 of each of those) for our church potluck.

All of the cupcakes were made from a vanilla cake mix.
1. Chocolate icing with a pilgrim hat sign
2. Blueberry Pie made with real blueberries
3. Cherry Pie made with red skittles
4. Lemon Pie made with yellow skittles
5. Peas & Carrots made with green skittles and orange starbursts
6. Pumpkin Patch made with pumpkin candies and leaf sprinkles
7. White icing topped with strawberry that has a chocolate star on top
8. Mashed Potatoes & Gravy made with white icing, yellow starburst for butter pat, and caramel sauce for the gravy.

Thanks for all the inspiration on CC. I made these after looking at ALOT of pictures here!

Made for my Grandfather's 90th birthday! He was an avid gardener who still works 3 days a week at his nursery/garden supply store.

Butter cream icing, crushed chocolate cookies for dirt, vegetables and shovels made out of colored tootsie rolls, pretzel rods, and airheads. Seeds are chocolate coated sunflower seeds, ladybugs are cherry cordial m&ms with melted chocolate piped on. Fence is white chocolate piped onto wax paper, then chilled. Peeled off the wax paper and carefully stuck on the sides of the cake. The rabbit figurine was the only non-edible part of the cake.

This cake was a gift for India's most celebrated chef - Sanjeev Kapoor. He loved the cake and that was my reward for several hours of hard work put into the cake. Chocolate cake with Nutella filling, buttercream icing and gumpaste decorations.

Thank you to the wonderful decorator that gave me the idea - I am so sorry I do not have your name. I added alot of detail. This was made for a dear friend and my "cake partner in crime!" Everything is done in fondant, there are no non-edible items on the cake, including the floor. The cake board is small, only 15x17. The cake is 13" on the long side - depth of counter/cabinets is 4.5". For perspective, the paper towel is only about an inch high. Everything hand painted and hand molded. Please let me know if you have any questions. Oh, it took about 4 days to do. Cake is chocolate poundcake with chocolate ganache buttercream. Took 3 - 13x9 pans of cake. Thank you for looking, your comments mean the world!

This is a 12-inch round chocolate cake.
Two ingredients only: Chocolate and eggs. It was sooooo rich! and sooooo good!
It was served with whipcream to cut the richness a little. The cornucopia, fruit and vegetables are made from modeling chocolate. Once the form of the cornucopia was made from the modeling chocolate, I did a basketweave design on top with chocolate buttercream. It was iced with pourable chocolate gnanche. No one wanted to cut this cake! lol

This was for my Uncle's 80th birthday... his passion is his garden and he loved the cake. The white thing in the left corner is supposed to be a dog. He thought it was a sheep.

This cake was for my Nan's 80th Birthday. Her garden is her pride and joy so I thought I should incorporate this into the cake. Made the vegetables from sugar paste and stuck with edible glue.

I made this cake for my boss's wife for her birthday/mother's day. She eats totally organic and vegetarian so she started her own garden. She also stays away from sugar but has wanted to try one of my cakes for a while now. Her husband thought this would be the perfect time. The fence is gumpaste/fondant mix and the veggies are all fondant. The pathway is just graham cracker crumbs and the soil is chocolate cookies without the cream filling to keep it dark. It's always nice when a cake turns out nice especially when it is something you havn't tried before.

Head of cabbage made with a mix of gum paste and fondant . I made a mold using a metal salad bowl embossed with lettuce leafs and old gum paste scraps . after the molds dried , I dusted them with powdered sugar before making the imprints , I beveled the edges of each leaf with the ball tipped fondant tool . As a base , I covered a foam ball with fondant and glued the leafs in place with tylo glue .

This was a fun cake to do, it was a country fair themed cake. Everything is edible, the stalls, basket of flowers and the tea room tables are made out of cake and everything else is made from sugarpaste/fondant icing.
