Got the inspiration from 'Eight here on CC for this cake. It looked a little bare so I just kept adding apples....not sure why I didn't add a basket full of apples or something. Anyway, it was for the teacher appreciation day at my sons school. White Choc cake w/strawberry buttercream filling and BC Dream icing. Thanks for looking.

I made this for my son's Pre-K teachers & Staff.
The Book part is a Lemon Cake covered in Buttercream the decorations are also Butter Cream and Marshmallow Fondant.
The base part of the cake, is 3 flavors, 1/3 Chocolate, 1/3 Lemon Center and 1/3 Almond White Cake all covered in Chocolate Ganache.
With the help of many of your ideas. I got this done. It's been really humid hre the last few days and my fondant is still not drying out. Oh well!

These are my first attempt at cookie bouquets. NFSC w/ Antonia's RI. I made 7 of them for teacher appreciation gifts at my son's preschool. The plaque says "Imagination takes flight with a wonderful teacher like you." I had some trouble with them... but overall I think they came out ok.

This is a cupcake cake................My first one!! It is for my son's 3 year old preschool program. It was fun. I made cupcakes 24 of them and then little hands took one then I had 23! LOL! Then I was making a Mothers day cake so I took some of the mix and made 4 more cupcake and ended up with 27! I needed those three extra or I wouldn't of had the room to fit everyone on the cake. The cut outs are out of fondant! It was fun!
