This was for my 3 year old. It took forever but it was worth it. She squealed when she saw it.

9X13 cake with Spongebob piping gel transfer. Free handed Gary, the snail, as you can tell, he looks a little "off". All icing is buttercream.

I got the idea from another cake decorator on this site , and made this cake for my niece. It was a huge hit. It was vanilla cake, and Rice Krispy Treats for the 3-d houses for Spongebob and Patrick. Hope you like it !

this is a 2 layer cake (9x13)'s. chocolate with vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant. i used chopsticks covered in fondant for the legs and arms. i had to rest them on something b/c i was afraid they would droop, so i made big fondant decos of starfish and coral, etc.

Nothing special, just a FBCT... I even downloaded the SpongeBob Font so I could have the lettering look just like the show... turned out okay I guess : )

My brother-in-law is a Spongebob nut so I made him this cake for his birthday. I used a 9x13 cake for the body, Little Debbie Ho Ho's for the pant legs, shoes, the shoulders, and the ends of them for the hands. I used pretzel rods for the arms and legs and pretzel sticks for the finders.

A yellow cake w/pineapple filling, royal, MMF, GP, white chocolate and BC decorations. Spongebob and Patrick are (new/unused) Play-doh toppers. Candles and Happy Birthday [Name] will go on once taken to the party. The fondant is marbled and the "coral" is all brightly colored - the flash washed out some of the colors. Entirely inspired by the fabulous cake made by Sugarshack who very kindly said I could copy her!

Spongebob is made out of marshmallow fondant and the sign is made out of white chocolate modeling clay and painted with luster dust. The cake was a 6" square chocolate cake with vanilla pudding filling and butter cream frosting. I got a lot of inspiration from this site. The mom and little girl loved it which is all that matters to me. Thanks for looking.

This is a 9 x 13 sheet cake decorated with all buttercream to look like Sponge Bob. The legs are swiss rolls, the sleeves are marshmellows and the hamburger "crabby pattie", drink and fries are from a local cake store and are sugar. The shoes, legs, socks and arms are all BC.

This was a fun cake. All Buttercream frosting and decoration. I threw two sleeves of cinnamon graham crackers, a little more sugar and cinnamon, and a couple of spoonfuls of butter in the food processor to make the sand. The butter really helped give it a "sand" texture. I took a small amount of the crumbs, and another big spoonful of butter to create the sand castle.

This was a 10x15 sheet cake with buttercream frosting. I made his nose arms and legs all out of fondant. I made them long enough so that they could just be stuck in at the time of the party. The lady that I made it for almost hit the floor when I delivered it to her and she insisted on paying me more than I charged her!

This was the Crabby Patty cake I made for my brother along with a spongebob sheet cake. The top part...the rounded bun was used using the dome part of my better crocker bake and fill and the bottom half was an 8 inch round cake cut in half...one half for the bun and the other half for the burger.

My nephew like the Spongebob cake I did for my little girl so he had to have one too. I had to go a long way with this cake and so my poor hubby who was driving caught the most of my anxiety...lol. I think I'm only allowed to transport sheet cakes from now on. Next time I do RI transfers I put less background on them.

This was for my son's 6th birthday. I used an styrofoam ostrich egg for the pineapple which I covered with fondant that I colored orange/brown. The doors and windows etc are also fondant. I just bought little toys for patrick and spongebob and then the crabby patty's are the edible gummy kind you can buy at the store. I got the basic idea for this cake from someone on this website. Cant remember her name.....sorry. Im no professional but I was happy with this cake.

FBCT, to match the Party Deco. Half chokolate, half Vanilla.
As nice as the transferes look in the end, they are a pain in the a.. It takes me forever to finish one up.
