This was a rather tough one to figure out how to make. They wanted a man's bling ring with a diamond. As usual, now I know what I'd do different! TFL!

Logo was supposed to be FBCT, but I tried using a clear report cover for the 1st time. Lesson no.1 - don't try new things when you are close to a deadline! I had to freehand it but the logo is fairly forgiving. Side logo bled a little. Long story short, the child LOVED it! Bumpers made from air-brushed marshmallows with red tinted dry spaghetti.That particular idea I copied from KittisKakes, so thank you to her and all the wrestling ring cakes on here.

My sister's birthday cake! I wanted to do something different then just the Tiffany box so i tried the handbag....had a little trouble getting the fondant to stay upright though...any suggestions?

This cake was for an engagement party with a fall/halloween theme. 3 layers of 8" square chocolate cake (two for box, 1 for lid) covered in bc then mmf. Gumpaste rings and gp/mmf bow. Thanks for looking!

10" ring box for bridal shower. cake iced in buttercream and covered in fondant. ring is gumpaste and diamond is glass. box lid is foam covered in fondant. simple cakes are the hardest for me to make--no room for error. tfl

The customer wanted a fairy cake for her 4yr old daughter, so we decided on making the fairy ring with 4 flying fairies, one for each year. They're all about an inch in height!

This cake was made for someone who is on the church boxing team. All buttercream except the cross and gloves which is made from fondant. I used dowels for the corners and pipe cleaners for the rope.

okay, this was a very hard cake for me to do . These are carved from 12" round cakes. This was for a 25th anniversary, I know it is the silver anniversary, but the bride and grooms bands are gold, so we went with that. they are covered in buttercream icing. The diamond is RCT or RKT covered in fondant. I think if I had to do this again, I would have a better support system, the top ring sagged a little in the middle. Thanks for looking.

Another purse/makeup bag for a little girl this has become a hit for girls and I love making the little rings and make up (all fondant) and I just LOVE this Disco Glitter stuff is awesome.

I make this little rings out of fondant and cover with Disco Glitter this stuff is awesome, and the girls just love the rings they can take them out of the cake and wear them, but most of them just eat them =0)

I made these cookies for a friend that is getting married. There are 5 and they say Love, honor, respect, I Do and Cherish. NFSC with antonia's icing. I used some luster dust on them also, but I dont' know that you can see it good on here. :)

top tier 8" & bottom tier 10". cake was made out of red velvet (box). This was my first cake with MMF. Loved it!! Cake is MMF with BC accents & topped it off with a cookie wedding ring covered with MMF.

Thanks for all of the neat ideas that I got from other cakes like this one, I did run into a few problems while trying to recreate one my self though. . .like too short licorice!! lol but fun cake to make. . . Air bushed BC icing and marshmellows, Fondant for white mat with food coloring markers for the WWE logo, and BC writing for the name.

Hmmm, my cakes always fall into Misc. 3D. I wonder what that says about me. This cake won first place in the Riverton Fair Cake Decorating Contest. Oh, also it was the only entry. Hee-hee. It sure did cause a buzz or a ring actually. They said it was the talk of the baking tent! The base of the phone is entirely cake and the receiver is rice krispies. It's covered in fondant.

Everything edible. Gandalf is RCT with covered in fondant holding a cupcake sparkler (lit at candle blowing time). Eragon is RCT painstakingly covered in fondant tear drops for scales, sprayed with edible pearl luster and nose held the lit candles for the birthday song. Dune worm all fondant body with gumpaste head, teeth are angel hair pasta. Hobit feet are gumpaste covered in kiwi fur. Worm hole has smoke coming out of it from a smoke machine hidden under the table with a tube going through all cakes

This was made for a my friends daughter for her engagement party. I was inspired by a blue and white cake I saw here. Thank you for the idea. She really loved it!

This cake was for a couple that was celebrating a 31st anniversary. the rings are made from fondant and the stone in the ring was a glass bead. after the rings dried i airbrushed them in gold. the pillow was a staked cake that was carved to make it look puffy and cute. the roses around the border are mmf/gumpaste in ivory. they loved it...

start w/ ANY size round -- cut -- stack -- carve a bit for more faceted top -- detail out. gray area is scarp (cake balls? -- or miniature balls & chains!?!)

Stacking donut ring toys, blocks and toy truck. MMF letters on block, topper on ring toys and wheels on truck, all painted with silver luster dust. Another toy truck as smash cake too.

I was bored and had these cake dummies lying around, so I decided to decorate it. Hope you like! I did it in like 2.5 hours so it is not perfect by any means....Just something to do to have fun!

Chocolate Cake with Chocolate chocolate chip filling. All decorations are MMF except 'ropes' which are pull-n-peel twizzlers (thanks for those ideas ladies!). All writing is RI.
