Cupcakes for a jewelry party. I wasn't very happy with the outcome. But the idea seemed cute! I was also coming down with a cold or I would have done something other than the candy ring pops! TFL

This was for a friend's parents' 40th anniversary. His birthday was on thanksgiving hers on halloween, hence the leaves and pumkins. He is proposing again with a ring box. These are the first people I have made besides some babies. They aren't perfect but I was pleased with the results. I use MMF.

This cake gave me fits all day. It is a 12 in square with an edible image logo. Covered in BC with fondant sides and lettering. The poles are 3/4 in. dowels covered in fondant, and the ropes are yarn. I just couldn't get the poles to stay up. The wrestler was provided by the mom.

WWE cake for my neighbor. I used chocolate dipped pretzel rods for the posts. I wish I had pre-measured them and cut them down a little but I think the cake still came out nice. The mat is fondant and the lettering is brushed on with buttercream. Thanks for peeking :-)

Adding a ring to this cake makes it great for a wedding shower. Or make the hand into a turkey using frosting!

Press cake-shaping clay into the bottom of a 10-round pan, forming a layer of clay 1/2-inch deep. Push your hand into the clay. Try using a rocking motion, as it will be easier to indent the clay than if pushing straight down. Smooth edges of the hand print. Pour cake batter over the clay and bake! Add a ring using frosting.

First time working with IMBC, gumpaste & MMF. I (obviously) need more practice w/ fondant technique, but happy w/ end result. Special thanks to those CC members who took the time to answer my numerous questions & provided guidance (gourmettiger, sarahnicole975, noosie & msauer). Thanks to Michelle for her feedback that gave me the courage to post my first pic!

This cake was actually for the couple to be delivered to their honeymoon suite! I thought it was a great idea. The lady who ordered it got a card that said "Happily Ever After?" on the front and "Piece of Cake!" on the inside. The colors matched the wedding colors and it was a beach wedding also, hence the "sand". Chocolate cake cut from 6" round covered with buttercream, then mmf with mmf/gp accents. So much fun to make! Thanks for looking!

A mom contacted me about making a wrestling WWE ring for her boys' birthdays. They are 3 years apart - to the day! I hope Timmy and Micah love their wrestling ring cake - I think it's ready to see some action! It was chocolate cake with cookies-n-cream filling.
