This was a Cake I made for my Pastors 55th Birthday. I had wanted to do more with it...and make it look like a bible, but was in a hurry...so it got what it got LOL.
I used my 1/2 sheet cake pan, and baked 2 of them and placed them side by side, then baked a Cake in my Cross pan... and placed on top of the one on the Left.

This was my first order and first time working with a large sheet cake. Of course the customer wanted chocolate cake with stark white frosting. I had lots of crumb problems, but all in all in the end I pulled it together and got to the party in time with lots of compliments.

I made this cake for a lady that I work with, it was the Pastor's birthday. It is a sheet cake, covered in buttercream icing. I used blue spray to give it a sky effect and the dove and church are drawn free hand and filled in with a star tip. I got the idea from a wilton book. They loved it!

I was asked on Wednesday if I could bring a cake to a church leadership training that we were doing on the 16th. I of course said yes knowing that I wouldn't really have time but did it anyway. Thought it would let other people know that I was doing cakes! Anyway, it didn't turn out like I wanted of course but it's okay. Double layer 9x13 vanilla caramel flavor with the Dulce de Leche caramel for filling, iced in buttercream with fondant accents.

this cake is my pride and joy- a woman wanted these vestment robes done for her brother who was becoming a decon, she gave me a picture of his robes. The cake is 3- 1/2 sheet cakes cut into the robe shape, frosted with buttercream and coverd in fondant. The design was done freehand with royal icing and dust. It took about 8 hours and 5 jars of dust but was worth it for the look on her face when she saw it!

This was for a baby's baptism, not a shower (there's no folder here for baptisms, hint.. hint.. Jackie, Heath) It is the Wilton cross pan, but they needed to feed more people, so I baked an 11x15 cake and cut it to size as the bottom layer of the cake. (Made cake balls with all of the yummy scraps!) The lg white rose is royal icing, everything else is BC.

This is a cake I did for a Ladies Meeting at my Church. I wasn't sure where to put it. The picture was a FBCT of Our Lady of Sorrows. You can't really see it in the picture but I had rosaries piped on to the side of the cake.

Book cake (tangerine) covered with chocolate MMF with pina colada MMF accents. It had lots of flaws because I was just making it to experiment with some of my new cutters, but the people at church didn't notice any of them.

This cross is done with 24 cupcakes. This is one of my favorite Cupcake Cakes I have done. I did this about 3-4 years ago and just found the picture recently and it is still one of my favorite. Buttercream icing on cupcakes and Buttercream roses cascading over the cross.

This is a frozen buttercream transfer on red velvet (what else?) that I did for my mom's birthday. I'm kind of new to cake decorating, and I just discovered transfers. I had been making theme cakes for everyone's birthday this year based on what they were "into." It was my mom's suggestion to do Jesus.
