I made this cosmetics bag for Elsa, a teenager who loves fashion and cosmetics. This is a Vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache covered with fondant. All the cosmetics and details are fondant.

This handbag cake is homemade white cake with homemade buttercream and covered in chocolate fondant with sugar sheets for border. The shoes are made out of fondant and sugar paper. The "Lipstick","Nail Polish", and "Blush" are made out of fondant. 100% edible!

I think the most difficult part was the shoe on top. I knew what I wanted it to look like it just took me a bit to get it to where I was good with it! It is all vanilla cake with a smoothed vanilla buttercream finish and fondant accents.

3 layers of cake, stacked and iced in lime green buttercream. The handle is a piece of gumpaste (formed around a small white rolling pin overnight) and then wrapped in black fondant. Fondant initials and flower accents. Made for a 10 year old girl.
