Another Tinkerbell Birthday cake request.. Cakes covered in fondant with BC and fondant accents. Royal Icing drop flowers. Topper is a toy. Candles added later, can be seen on additional photo.

Our first topsy turvy cake made for a sweet sixteen. Had alot of fun making it. Bottom is 12' Chocolate with chocolate mousse filling, middle layer is 8" white cake with hawaiian cream filling and the top layer is 6" strawberry cake with strawberry filling. Each layer is covered with white chocolate ganache and MMF.

Top layer is yellow cake with raspberry filling. Bottom is chocolate with raspberry filling. Stripes, dots, and dot borders are piped in buttercream. All other decorations are fondant.

This cake was designed after designer Lilly Pultizer's new patterns. It is a Chocolate Fudge Cake with Coconut Pecan Filling and Vanilla Buttercream. The Palm tree is made out of Fondant!

This is a 3 layered cake covered in fondant, with buttercream piping for the swirly designs. Pink ribbon and roses are also fondant. My first try at a wedding cake! So exciting!

A Princess cake for a little girl turning a year old. I enjoyed making this cake. The reaction I got after delivery made all the work worthwhile. I especially love making birthday cakes for little ones. This cake is butter cake, chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and fondant accents. Tiaras, wand, and ring store bought. TFL!

Another one for Chelsea. She wanted pink and zebra again. This one is strawberry cake with cheesecake and fresh strawberry filling (oh yum!). Buttercream icing with fondant accents and decorations. The name plate and dots on top tier are actually "sparkled" with sanding sugar. Lots of insipration from here to do this one.

At 3 or 30, chocolate and pink are a girl's best friend. My first topsy turvy, so I'm thinking it could have gone a little more topsy or a little more turvy, but I stayed a little on the safer side. Brown is chocolate marshmallow fondant. Pink is vanilla marshmallow fondant. Base is double layer classic white filled with vanilla buttercream; top double layer dark chocolate filled with vanilla buttercream. Tapered the base at the bottom and slightly angled at the top; tilted the top by adding a half circle of fondant underneath (approx. 1" thick at the edge and shorter going in.

I am 11 years old. This is my second 2 tier fondant cake, but my first time to use columns. This was the first time to cover with fondant without it tearing - yeah! I made all the flowers myself using the Wilton flower making kit and fondant. The fairy was a gift from my Grandma. The bees are fondant too.

This cake was FUN to make! It's covered in MM chocolate fondant. The stars are chocolate. Inside of the cake is chocolate chunk filled with ganach. The "smash cake" is all butter cream with my first FBT.

Alternating chocolate and marble cake. Chocolate filling with buttercream icing. Fondant covered, orange, pink, green fondant flowers, chocolate fondant circles and polka dots. The birthday girl wanted a retro feeling. She couldn't articulate what that meant exactly... so I created what I thought was a fun retro fabric feeling. She loved it!
