Birthday cake for a 19 year old that told her mother she wanted a pie for her birthday. Not sure who the joke was on but she got a cake! 10"round carved. Bottom half buttercream and airbrushed silver. Top done with buttercream and airbrushed with brown and yellow. Peach perserves in open slits.

Peach and Mint - GLUTEN-FREE carrot cake w/ pale peach-colored vanilla cream cheese icing and filling; fondant roses, succulents and leaves. Made for a small family stateside wedding reception, as the wedding was a destination wedding.

A cake for a friend whose name is Michelle but whose nickname is T-chelle. Three cakes. Two 8" cakes on bottom, carrot with cream cheese filling, and vanilla with bavarian cream filling, both frosted in buttercream. Top 6" tier is chocolate with chocolate buttercream under two thin coats of aqua BC. Fondant decor. PS. I hate doing chevrons!! ;) The picture does not show how shiny the gold was. I used gold highlighter dust and gold luster dust.

Two tiers of ombre peach frills decorated this engagement cake. I sort of followed Maggie Austin's Craftsy tutorial and I love how it finished up. The love birds were made from fondant and airbrushed with pearl shimmer so they were sparkly which the camera didn't pick up. The lily was made from home-made flower paste.
