This is my second ever cake. I made this 6-inch cake for my brother-in-law for his birthday. His birthday is around St. Patty's Day and he's really into his Irish heritage! White cake was dyed green and covered with white BC and fondant decorations. This was 1 of 4 cakes I made for a combined family birthday party.

I made these cupcakes for my students to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The cupcakes are white cake with white buttercream. I made shamrocks out of green candy melts. I used a heart shaped mold, and I put them together on the cake.

white cake covered in mmf with mmf figurines, pot of gold. I had a lot of fun making this one- I didn't care too much for using the cake board I did, but that was all I had to work with. Thanks for looking!

The name says it all! Wanted to give my son a St. Patrick 1st birthday party, but I also wanted to make him a cake that was something he loved (I was inspired by an article I read online saying that you can take any cake and make it to match your theme). The light green cakes are lemon-lime with coconut glaze and the dark green are choc. cake. The cupcakes are plain vanilla tinted green, with shamrock sprinkles! He just loved it!!!

Buttercream frosting and chocolate, white and yellow cake. I made this cake for my father in law who was honored as The Irish Heritage Clubs "Man of the Year". The night before the party I was asked to make a cake. So I copied one I had made before and was up until 2 am finishing. Talk about a last minute cake!

My 1st stacked cake. For a St Patty's party w/my friends. Bottom tier: chocolate w/BC. Top tier: strawberry w/BC. As you can see from my other photos, I have a thing for dots & swirls. But I am pretty proud of it. Comments, suggestions, criticisms, all welcome. TIA!

This is the third time I've made this cake with a few modifications. Cake is covered in RBC. The Pineapple is RKT covered in fondant. I used a diamond shaped cookie cutter to make the texture of the pineapple then I painted it with food coloring and vanilla extract.

I made this cake for a friend's birthday that was right around St. Patrick's Day. The cake was three 9" rounds cut in half and stood up with buttercream frosting in between. All MMF for the rainbow, icing from a piping bag for the clouds and MMF for the leprechaun.

Thanks to suzyqqq27 for the cake she did with this guy on it - I was supposed to have this for someone the weekend before St. Patty's Day but had kitchen problems and couldn't do it, so I just did a quick job on it on Sunday for St. Patrick's Day on Monday. Twice it started dropping and I caught it and repaired it. It almost made it in the Disasters forum. Thanks for looking.
