These were pistachio cupcakes I made for St. Patrick's Day. They were just part of a "green themed" goodie tray I put together for my son to bring to work and one for the vets club. I can't remember now what type of icing I used, but it might have been a boiled icing. It was really creamy & light.

Not your ordinary Graduation Cake, you see it's like this, my daughter is majoring in art & this cake represents her life, her art is ecclectic & so her graduation cake had to be also. So with that, this is the cake of my daughter's life. This is how you make a cake with: Wizard of Oz, Pooh & Piglet, Bowling, Ninja Turtles, Forrest Gump, Mean Girls, Spongebob & Patrick, Willy Wonka & her artwork.

These were for my son's birthday. They were very time consuming and fiddly to do but he loved them and that's what counts

Fruit cake covered with royal icing and the outer bag material made with Emma's favourite marzipan. All decorations (except the chocolate money) are made from marzipan and are typically the bits and bobs she has in her bag, including the Saints Football Teddy! his was my first attempt at a handbag and I was working from photographs of her actual bag which had shorter dimensions but didn't matter!

Gah, I'm such a copy cat! I was given a picture of this cake and asked to make it for a little boy's 2nd birthday. The original cake was created by Antonella Di Maria. Although I did my best and I'm satisfied with the results, the original is far superior to my version. Very humbling I must say. The cakes are white with whipped white chocolate ganache and carrot cake with whipped white chocolate ganache. The pineapple and crabby pattie burger are chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache. All of the figures are made from mmf.

This is a scene cake of Spongebob's neighborhood, Bikini Bottom! I made the houses out of homemade rice krispy treats. The only parts that are not edible are the figurines except Patrick because I couldn't find one so I made him out of fondant.
