Hi There!
This is a cake made out of the scraps from my chocolate box cake. I got the idea off of YouTube! I used MMF and hand-painted the patches and belt/tassels. This was a really fun, simple cake - and it was yummy!

Made this for my son. It is 100% edible. Characters made of gumpaste and tylose powder. The top of the pineapple is gumpaste and thanks for all the advise from the forum. I stuck the pineapple leaves in with melting chocolate and a toothpick. The pineapple is airbrushed.

The spots were piped on first and the icing was smoothed out then outlined with a number 5 tip. The rest of his body are number 18 stars to give texture. The pants were piped in tip 18 stars also, and everything else was cut out of fondant and outlined in black. Fun and easy to do!

The "buildings" are ceral treats covered in MMF. The top of the pinapple and the little red/yellow things were made out of chocolate with icing tips. Bought the figures from Toys R Us. This was from a combination of ideas from my fellow cake central members! Thanks! He loved it.

My step daughter wanted a gothic cake based on "tripp pants". So this is what we came up with. She picked out all the elements on the pants that she wanted on the cake and the colors. It was fun to make.

this cake was for my grandpas 75th bday. he is a roper and has a ranch. the cake has three tiers. the bottom was a 12 in square and hand painted to look like the panels on the wall of his house. each side has an edible image of him riding his horse. the next tier is a 10 in round made to look like a pair of pants. I covered hidden pillars to look like wooden poles and added horse shoes to each. a separator plate is carry the last tier which was made to look like cow hide. on top of the cow hide is a bale of hay made from rice krispy which has a gumpaste saddle with a pad. TFL!
