All BC except for the Mickey head which was rct covered in fondant and then detailed with BC. Had fun doing this cake since I worked very close with Mickey at Disney World for 10 years before moving up north. 1st birthday so I also included a smash cake which is all BC with a fondant 1.

My friend always wants a Mickey Mouse halloween cake for her daughter, but I was running out of ideas. This is what I came up with, but he doesn't look to much like Mickey. Ears and nose are rice krispy treats.

This cake was done for a party my roommate and I had for our fellow PhD classmates. We're in a Cancer Biology program and many people in the department study mouse models of human cancer. So I made a mouse cake with a tumor! Cake was 9" round (body) and a smaller oval cake (head), sculpted and covered in fondant. Tumor was a cupcake. Eyes, ears, whiskers, and nose all made of fondant. The syringe is real :)

This was an attempt at making a cake like one inspired here on CC. It was fun and I'm sure they will like it but I had some trouble with my fondant.

This cake is done for a girl who chose not to know the sex of their baby.
I did the sleeping bear, mouse and puppy on top covered with quilted style blankets. A baby in the middle surrounded with Raspberries, strawberries and leaves. Cake is quilted on the side. A chocolate hazelnut with chocolate hazelnut ganache.

10" chocolate with strawberries and cream filling, 6" white with lemon filling. Buttercream with fondant accents. Mickey Mouse clubhouse cake topper and fondant stars. This was my first stacked cake and it was a BIG success. My son loved it! Cake board covered in MM paper and wax paper over that.

I used a 6 inch cut in half and carved for the feet. An 8 inch for the middle part and half the ball pan for the head. The ears are fondant on popsicle sticks. I wanted to do the mouse without having to do the face. My son was very happy with it!

This is a cake I did for a friend's daughters birthday. My friend baked and iced the cake and I did the decorating for her. The mickey mouse "hat" is covered with fondant and the ears are fondant. The rest of the cake is buttercream with plastic figures.

I was really hoping to do the design where Mickey is sitting on the cake, and got all the directions from some great ladies here on CC. But I couldn't get the face cake pan I needed for Mickey. So I tried to just cut him out of a round cake and just put his face on a sheet cake. Well, it didn't turn out at all like I had hoped! But the customers seemed to like it anyway. Thanks for looking:)

This is a vanilla sheet cake. I made a 50/50 fondant/gumpaste tree with btcfrosting leaves. I made a6inch round and put a tube in it for a pet shop to live. Water is piping gel. Ladders and monkey bars are toothpicks and skewers. My daughter let me use some of her beloved petshops and pieces to finish off the cake. fence is made of fondant...This cake was a BIG hit!

I made this for my son's 1st birthday party tomorrow night. The Clubhouse itself is styrofoam covered in satin ice. I wasn't brave enough to try cake or RKT. The foam proved to be enough of a challege as it was. But the sheet cake is White Chocolate Raspberry, butter cream and Italian Cream cake. Our son insisted on standing in between me and the counter staring up at me as I decorated so my designed changed a bit but I am still pleased.

An alternate title for this cake could be "The Things We Do For Love" - a cake for my 4 year old son, Christopher. This is a 14" one layer square covered in buttercream with a half-ball pan for the red part of the clubhouse covered in fondant. The black parts are styrafoam balls covered in fondant. Hand, shoe, and slide are part-fondant, part-gumpaste. Thank you especially to allissweets and mmichelew for inspiration from your cakes.
