I made this cookie for my boss who lost a hockey bet and had to make the winner a giant cookie. Because she doesn't bake, she hired me to make it. The cookie is NFSC about 7 inches high by about 3 1/2 inch wide. Royal icing with edible image of the canucks goalie Luongo

This is a grooms cake I did for a hockey fan. The puck is chocolate transfer on the top and fondant wrapped around. The stick is buttercream, chocolate stars, and fondant "tape". The cake was a chocolate fudge filled with whipped chocolate ganache and english toffee crunch.

This was for a Halloween/Hockey coach birthdayparty. BU colors, skull and player torso made from RKT. Helmet and shirt in fondant. Cake covered in black fondant with fondant writing.
I put his bones on the back in fondant then covered the shirt and ripped it so you could see them in the back.

Theme was bears and hockey - took the picture before the goal I made out of RI had time to dry...so imagine a hockey goal back behind the bear! Hopefully the lady I made this for will take a picture (assuming it survives the car ride - she's driving it to a shower 2.5 hrs away! Oh my nerves!!).

This is just a choc sour cream cake with BC icing and a FBCT symbol. Since I'm a huge hockey fan I really enjoyed making this one. I did learn that decorating a freshly baked cake was more difficult because of the crumbs (usually I freeze but I had to freeze this cake fully decorated and didn't want to freeze twice). Thanks for looking.

My cousin left me a message saying it was okay for me to call her back and laugh in her face, but she wanted a cake for this weekend for her kid's hockey team's christmas party. This was after I'd told her earlier that I was scaling back and not taking any more cakes for December. How hard is a hockey puck, though? I couldn't say no....again.

I made this for my daughter-in-law's birthday - she's a big Leafs fan and had requested this months ago. The bottom is a 10" square Butter Cake with Chocolate Kahlua Filling and buttercream icing. The 'leaf' was butter cake as well, carved from an 8" round and iced with buttercream. The letters are fondant/gumpaste cutouts.
