A sheet cake topped with a motorcycle cake (made from the Wilton motorcycle pan), with 2 round tiers on acrylic stands. Round tiers decorated in BC basketweave with 2 small motorcycles on top, surrounded by flowers. All buttercream. This was for my husband's nephew.

I made this cake for a friends husband. All she asked for was a cake for about 60 people, for her husbands 40th birthday and he likes Harley Davidsons! Thanks to CC I developed the idea and came up with this. The cakes are covered in fondant and the motorcycle is made with fondant and royal icing. I had one small disaster when the original flood icing motorcycle cracked into small pieces, but hey, what can you do? Bin it and do something different.

I did this cake for my brother's 14th birthday. It was a 1/2 sheet pound cake and I didn't realize how heavy it was going to be, so I didn't double the cardboard underneath. I was disappointed that the icing cracked in a couple of places when I lifted it to deliver it.

This is a 10 inch Round Red Velvet Cake torted with Cream Cheese Filling and Pecans.. Frosting is Crusting Cream Cheese...Those are ground pecans around for the top 'border'. The flames are Chocolate Transfers overpiped with various Buttercream Colors. I found the center emblem on a website and mirror printed it out for an FBCT. It was for 2 local Policeman with close Birthdays. They loved it , both said they'd never had anything other than boring deli sheet cakes for their bdays before :BEAM:.... TFL!

My first attempt with FBCT and I still have much to learn (though I love the technique)....I was inspired from a cake here on Cake central and although I have searched for it (to give credit) I cannot find it again! Not my best work (as I was too excited and hurried through the process) but fun none-the-less...thanks for looking!

The HD design took hours, but it got lots of complements at the Christmas party for the local Harley owners group.

I made this cake for a couple that share the same birthday and both love Harley Davidson. I used and outline for the flames and the emblom, but had to free hand everything inside the emblem being it was so small. I decided to had the bike for a joke it is similar to both of their bikes and is an actual Harley bike.

Thanks to the other members, who gave me the idea for this jacket, my customer saw one like it and had to have it. It was my very first fondant covered cake, and it was so much fun to do . The "Harley Davidson" is a chocolate transfer, the patches say "Happy Birthday" and "Biker Chic".

This cake was made for a BBQ being held during our annual "Bike Week" festival. This was my first color flow cake. There are so many things I wish I had done diffrent with this cake but I think all in all it's not to terribly bad. The frosting is choclate whpped cream and I had a heck of a time getting the color right (which I never did as you can see). The client this cake was for was thrilled with it, so I guess that's all that matters. Thanks for looking!

This is a simple cake but Oh so cute for any bike lover. I made this for a friend and on the top of the cake I drew the Harley emblem. Instead of putting Harley Davidon Motorcycles I replace the words with Happy Birthday ????. It turned out great. I have made another one like this with more detail like flames around the emblem and flames on the side but I forgot to take a picture of it. My father rides a Harley so I probably do soemthing similar for his birthday this December. Enjoy!
