5 tier fondant wedding cake. Gumpaste flowers. The cake was a replica of one found on the internet. Not sure where the bride's mom found it, i've been looking but without luck.

A cake for a wedding featuring various wildflowers (of the bride and groom's choosing) and hand painted ivy. The flowers are made of gumpaste and dusted with petal dust or painted with food coloring. The Ivy is painted using food coloring, some of the leaves are gumpaste. The whole cake is vanilla bean cake, cream cheese buttercream and is covered in marshmallow fondant. The bottom tier is filled with strawberry filling and the top has milk chocolate ganache.

This is a display cake I made for a upcoming bridal show. It is actually a pretty dusty pink (the photo doesn't show it that color! grr!!! I suck at taking pictures!) The flower is gumpaste.

Not meant to be any flower in particular. Since I had some leftover pieces of different colored gum paste from previous flowers, I mixed them all together and just played around. This is the result.

Soft gold fondant with ivory piping. Gumpaste flower embellished with rhinestones. Jewel embellished monogram topper. I designed the cake to match the bride's Maggie Sottero "Embrace" dress.

The cake was ispired by a photo from cake_goodness.. When my daugther seen this cake a 1 1/2 years ago before she was engaged she just knew this was going to be her wedding cake. He whole wedding was themed after this cake. WASC with straberrry, chocolate with chocolate and red velvet with cream cheese filling. All gumpate flowers.This is the biggest cake I have ever done and it definatly was a labor of love.

Here's the fourth display cake I made for the upcoming bridal show. I had never done the petal technique before - so easy and yet so time consuming! :) I made the flowers out of gumpaste. Thanks for looking!!

Handpainted silver streaks ended with silver dragees. This was to match the couple's wedding invitations. Gumpaste flower with silver dragee center. I also made cake pops to match the cake decorated with tiny sugar pearls rather than dragees.

I had extra batter when baking an order so this is what I did with it. Buttercream ruffles... I was playing with my cutters and petal dusts and ended up with this fantasy flower that I thought would look cute perched on top of the ruffle cake.

Inspired by the bride's bouquet and ruffled skirt of her wedding dress. Everything had to be edible, so no wires, stamens or florist tape to make flowers. Mmm, quite an udertaking... so I just made simple stylized flowers. It's 7''x3'' + 6''x4'', covered with fondant, decorations fondant, gumpaste and F/G mix. TFL!

These bites are left-over's from a chocolate cake that I recently made. It is chocolate cake with a peanut butter buttercream and topped with pecans. They are topped with gumpaste flowers and leaves.
