This is the 2nd cake order for delivery at work today. It is actually for a
wedding shower being thrown for a man. It is a white chocolate cake
with milk chocolate mousse filling and iced in chocolate syrup frosting.
The plaque on the front of the cake is fondant with rice paper and on the
side are tuxedo strawberries and on top of the cake is milk chocoalte monograms.

This is a cake I made for the Relay for Life Silent Auction. The theme is walking across Texas, and our team is the Roadkill Cafe. We thought this would be an awesome donation for the auction. It's red velvet cake and BC icing covered in fondant. I used the Wilton ColorMist in black to spray the color on, It was so much fun to make.

Well I have to thank SweetResults, Patton78 and Kelly75 for all their help in getting me through this cake. I made this for my new son in law as his grooms cake. I put a sign up saying " yes this is a real cake" but people were poking their fingers at it per "IndyDeb" who catered the wedding. The cake was choc with choc icing and of course fondant planks, sugar bottles and ice. The labels were done online with pic's of my dd and sil. Everyone got a kick out of it...

This cake was a big hit at the wedding. I just knew that the chocolate swirls would break but I didn't lose any of them.

Another cowboy hat, this time done as a calvary hat, so the brim needed to be flat and the crown of the hat carved a bit differently. The groom provided the calvary pin to be used on the hat.

This is the groom's cake I made for my new son in law. His two other loves besided my daughter are Homer and the Green Bay Packers. You can't see the TV screen on this pic, but Homer is watching the Green Bay Packers. Thank you to Jessmar and MorPia for their help in this one. My son in law loved it! Dark and decadent chocolate with oreo cream cheese filling, couch and ottman covered in milk chocolate clay. TV and stand are rice krispie covered in gumpaste. Other accents are gumpaste.

This was my first cake from "heck"! It was a red velvet cake, with cream cheese icing. The icing did not get stiff enough, so I had to keep sticking it in the fridge to get it to crust and smooth out. The top layer also cracked. I filled it with icing and it seemed ok, but I get so nervous when I give them to the customer and they're out of my control!

This cake was soooo much fun to make, and was also a surprise for the groom. The bride came up with the theme. It is 13x19, double layered chocolate and french vanilla, with white chocolate raspberry buttercream and fondant accents (not the bride and groom topper, of course).

This was inspired by a Wilton Cake, I think in the 2000 one. It was hard getting those little men to stand so I had to prop them up with toothpicks! They loved it!
