A cake decorated with chocolate fondant...this was done for a bride that I babysat as a baby...that's when you know your getting old!! The fondant "wrinkled" more during travel, I've never had it do that so badly before but I also don't work with choc. mmf very much.

This cakes base is a 16x16x2 butter cake with Chocolate frosting, the second tier is a 4 layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercreme icing and the top cake is a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Also has fondant accents. The only request was that it include a softball theme and the color purple. I came up with the following theme and they loved it......Thanks for looking.

The mother of the bride is a regular. She gave me color swatches and told me to have fun. The brides upcoming wedding cake is a henna design so I wanted to play off that.

I was asked to make this cake after a local bakery quoted the girl $150 for the same thing. I offered to do it for $90 and got the job. She loved it! 10" on the bottom with dark chocolate fondant & a 6" on top. For the record, I would like to add that Wilton Gold Luster Dust is garbage! lol... I will be ordering online next time I get an order for gold anything. Thanks for looking!

I made this for my daughter's Brownie troop. This was in celebration of "Bridging" up to Junior Girlscouts!!! If you know anything about Girlscouts you will understand all of the symbols here. I did every girl's face around the bottom as well as I could remember. The top tier has the golden wings they receive and the Girlscouts logo. Then on top is of course the bridge with the sides being the rainbow patch they also receive. Frosted and filled with traditional buttercream...decorations fondant and gumpaste. TFL!!! Take care!

This cake was done by the bride's request from two different pictures she found. The tiers have alternating smaller ribbons in brown and green. The bottom of each tier has white ribbon around it.

A friend asked me to make a green and brown chocolate cake for her college student daughter who loves to wear fip flops. I used a cake uploaded by PaulaT for inspiration. Hope she doesn't mind my novice attempt. At least my friend and her daughter and roommates loved it. THL

This is a spin off of another cake I did, but at a catering place I worked at...completely changed the colors but kept the same general idea. This is actually the wedding cake for the order I got from a government worker over in Ethiopia, and I thought it was a scam! Nope--real order! haha.
