An 11x18 sheetcake with Earlene's shelf stable cream cheese icing (tastes nothing like regular cream cheese icing). The bow is MMF. I sprinkled silver edible glitter on top. The scrolls are done using the Wilton press since I cannot free hand very well.

This is exactly what the bride ordered and she was thrilled with the cake. However, I think it's a bit cheesy. One of those cakes that you wanna drop off and say, "Don't tell them that I made your cake!"

LOL!!!

But, it pays the bills, right??

Now the Grooms cake tuned out good. Check out the Groom's Fire Engine Cake!

My mother in law is a Reading Recovery teacher, & she was attending a RR conf/graduation for teachers who have completed the training . I made this cake for the graduates! It's all BC icing, the bottom book cake is 2 1/2 sheet cakes. One is chocolate and the other is my "signature" orange. The top book cake is a vanilla fun-fetti. The flowers are fresh, and yes, I used etible glitter! It really made it pop! The dog is "Sally", the mommy dog from the children's classic book, "Where's Spot?".

CSM - 8" double layer white cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing. Bees made from MMF. Embossed with edible glitter on top.
This photo was missing for a couple days after I changed the photo so I added it again to my gallery creating a duplicate. Now this photo is back. I took all the comments from the 2nd photo and added them here and deleted that other photo so there wasn't a duplicate. Sorry....not sure what happened over the weekend.

I looked at so many beautiful cakes on CC and put together a bunch of different elements to create this cake. I love how it turned out! It's my first time doing the fondant roses. The whole thing is sprayed with edible pearl glitter spray...I love that stuff! Buttercream with MMF accents and roses.

Some of 38 sugar cookies I'm giving as gifts, made with the vintage Christmas card images from Fancy Flours. We had a snow day, so I had a great time with my luster dusts, royal icing, dragees, silver sanding sugars and edible glitters! I LOVE how these looks, but I don't think anyone is going to want to eat them! I also made mittens and round cookies.

Lemon mud cake with vanilla frosting. All fondant, including figurines. Used a couple of different cakes from the web as inspiration, so thank you if you recognize any part of my cake! We get a hot Aussie summer here, so wanted to cool the temperature a little by adding a "snow scene"
