I made this for my DH promotion. 12, 10, 8, and 6 inch tiers. The flavors were chocolate, cheesecake and amaretto, all filled with chocolate mousse and covered with MMF. The symbol and stripes were made by myself also. Thank you to all of you for you help and ideas... Dont think I would have been able to do it without you!!

My neighbor requested an Air Force cake for her nephew that was leaving for Iraq and this site had so many great examples that I couldn't help but replicate them. Duplication truly IS the best compliment I could give all the great ideas. This is a 10 inch square covered in buttercream with fondant decorations. The stripes and the logo were both edible images.

Husband drew the cookie monster eating the AF stripes. The cookies on the side turned out cute with a 12 tip and then black with 2 tip for the chocolate chips!

One of my earlier cakes for my husband's promotion to Master Sergeant. I have since learned the gel transfer method, which would make the stripes come out perfectly symmetrical.

I did this as a raffle cake for a cake contest, that i helped host. The theme of the contest was Military Family and Life, so where I am stationed I have noticed a lot of woman who get pregnant and have their little ones while their husbands are deployed. I wanted to tie that into my cake design. TFL! CSM!

This is a cake starring my niece's favorite character from the movie G-Force - the girl guinea pig, named Juarez. It was hand-drawn using a stock photo from the G-Force's website for inspiration.

I made this for the retirement of a close friend. It was an Italian cream cake (my first cake with nuts), BC and MMF. The humidity was super high last week and boy did it mess with my cake! But I am very pleased with how the symbol came out. TFL!
