This was my first time decourating cookies! :D Worked my butt off for way too long for it to be practice so i made it out to my baby sisters. I used the NFSC with royal icing. Made the pictures with RI on parchment paper and let it harden then placed it on the cookies. Thanks for looking!

I made this cake for my son's fourth birthday party (a Disney Cars theme, can you tell?). The cake is two layer 9x13, iced in dark chocolate BC with BC accents (but the cars and candle are *real*). I improvised with the bleachers-type seating for the cars in back--it's a cake baked in a loaf pan, carved to look like bleachers and iced in white BC. I stacked a bunch of graham crackers ("glued" with BC) to act as supports to hold the bleachers up--worked like a charm! I had so much fun making this cake! TFL!

I made this for my little boy's third birthday. He is Cars obsessed! Thanks so much to Lambshack for posting her Cozy Cone, which inspired me! It's yellow and chocolate cake, buttercream frosting, MMF accents, and plastic cars. He loved it!

I was so excited to do this cake for a friend. She asked for one or the other but I had so much fun doing Lightning that I decided to surprise her with both!! Each cake is white with pound mixed in for easier cutting and positioning. The outside is a mix of fondant and BC. This was one of my favorites to make. After their faces came to life I felt the rush of making a child very happy! Thanks to all the inspiration here at CC. You are all so amazing that I feel proud just to post among you!!!

Thanks to Tat for this idea. I love this cake and just had to do it. It's a 10"square with a 6" round. The turrets are made of two regular and one sugar cones held together with royal icing. The swirls around the edge are royal icing painted with silver luster dust.

This cake was a real learning experience!!!! Making the cake wasn't the hard part....I had to deliver it 1 1/2 hours away!!! It is a 10" round on the bottom with a wonder mold for the body and round cake (round sports ball pan) for the neck i used the core that came with the wonder mold pan as well as the stand which I used to set the head on. I used dowel rods through the core and left about 2 inches sticking out for the head to set on. I think it looked pretty good for the most part.

Disney Princess Cake all decoration except for princesses are Buttercream Dream. The Princesses are Lip Gloss Rings I got from Big Lots for $3.00!!! My sister-in-law was turning 22 and wanted a Disney Princess cake so this is what I came up with. I don't think she has every hugged me as hard as she did when saw the like. She said she loved it and everyone loved the way it tasted. It was fun to make. I made the side of ariels flower green to look like her tale. :)

I borrowed ideas from a few different lovely cakes on here -- thanks for the inspiration! Cake is yellow w/bc decorations; highway sign and road are fondant. I purchased the car on top separately. I also made 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes to match. Ka-chow!

Disney has a movie that is apparently pretty popular with the kids these days called High School Musical. The 10 year old this was for was really into it. Personally, this is one of my favorites.

This cake made me cry, it was mid-March HOT and HUMID - I couldn't bring myself to turn on the AC in March. So, my mmf melted - fell apart - basically hated me. So, it's not my best fondant work, but the birthday boy and parents loved. Note to self - if its so hot the fondant is melting - turn on the AC! 9 x 13 cut in half and stacked on itself, carved. Covered in raspberry red mmf. Rice paper for the logos (thanks chubbycheeks for the help).

Buttercream Dream and eduble images. chocolate writing for the Happy Birthday brushed with Super Pearl. I photoshopped the birthday boy's name into the Cars logo. Before I had the race track and "spectators" on the cake, I knew there just wasn't "enough". I showed it to my 5 year old and said there was something missing, he said "The road" DUH! Added them in and it really finished off the cake.
