Fondant with RI grass and chocolate animals and topper. This was for a local up-and-coming country singer and the "UC" is his logo for his new album.

10in white chocolate mud cake with white choc ganache/butter icing combo covered in fondant. The bride to be collects cows and her partner loves white mud cake. So this way they get the best of both worlds. This was made for one of my sister's good friends. I made the cows awhile ago and then this cake came up so now they have a new home. Thanks for looking

A birthday cake for a friend who loves lavender, yellow, cows and daisies. The sign says "Have a mooooooooooooovelous birthday Getta!" It's a pb fudge cake that developed quite a bulge overnight. Oh well - she'll love it despite it's flaws! The cows are polymer clay.

Hello all..
Here is a picture of my fondant cow figures for my sister's birthday cake. Got the inspirtation from fellow cake-central bakers of course!
It is my first time making 3-D figures and it was super fun! You can find the completed cake under birthday cake.

This is a picture of my sister's birthday cake who loves cows of course. My idea came from a fellow cake-central picture that gave me inspiration. My figures are made of fondant and so are the spots. The problem was my base wasn't really strong enough to support the heavy cake and kinda bent when I picked it up...so I learn something for the next time. Bake and learn, bake and learn....
Thanks for looking

Chocolate mint cake with BC with MMF accents. Did this cake for a girl who was getting married soon. She is not your typical bride, and loves animals. So I thought she might like this. She did.

This is the cake I made for a recent wedding shower. Kate collects western decor, so that was the theme of the shower. The branding iron on top is for Ron and Kate.

I did three cakes for this retirement party. He is going to spend his retirement on his ranch so this cake is for the future.
The "G's" in the writing are made to look like his brand.
This is a 10', yellow cake, custard filled. Buttercream icing and decorations.

The animal figures are made with decorator icing that I added alot of powdered sugar to so I could pick it up and mold it. They were actually quite easy.

My course 3 final, and first stacked cake! I'm both happy and sad classes are over (for now...I'm taking the fondant/gumpaste class in a few months). I know it's not perfect (I had frosting smoothing and bow issues) but I think it's cute anyway. Frosted in buttercream, fondant and chocolate clay accents (bow is choc clay).

I did this cake for a co-worker who was leaving. I had been working with figures alittle and had wanted to try something with cows. The cake is a chocolate with BC icing and the cows & fence are gumpaste/fondant. The flowers are also fondant. It was a bit rushed as I was running out of time to finish. Should have done a better job on the cows.

These were made for a change of command ceremony for the Commanding officer's wife (the C.O.W) The squadrons colors are blue and gold so I incorporated that in with the flowers. I made 62 of these...I have so much respect for cookie decorators...I find it sooo much harder to do than cake decorating! I guess it is not as easy to do either when you have your 2 y.ol. begging for cows and icing.

This is a devil's food cake with vanilla marshmallow filling and buttercream icing. The cow's are figurines that were keepsakes for the happy retiree. The trees are constructed from pretzels with rice krispie treats covered in green candy melts. The leaves on the border are molded from green candy melts and the berries are jelly bellies. There was another cake with sheep to go along with this one. Also the bails of hay are toasted coconut on squared marshmallow candies.
