A paisley shaped wedding cake for a friend of the family. Spent 11 hours decorating it. Smoothed the buttercream as well as can be and then added the redone cake topper. This was my first wedding cake and my concentration had to be on point.

i made this cake topper out of fondant and gum paste (50/50). the spokes and flames on the motorcycle i piped using a #1 round tip. i also brushed on purple pearl dust ontop of the purple fondant, to give it a shiny look. Bike was made to replicate the owners bike :-)

Red Velvet Cake w/ CC Frosting birthday cake with cupcakes. Topper is made from gumpase & fondant to match birthday decor. Base for topper is also gumpaste. All is edible except for the wire in the flower stems.

Just a small part of a cake I'm working on for a retiring OB Gyn. I custom made a mold and then sculpted to create the effect I was going for. Overall... he took about 4 hours which is too long. But I like him so it was worth it. ;)

It was sooo much fun to make this cake. Had my creative juices flowing all over. The bride gave me quite some freedom so I used the wedding bouquet pictures she sent as color samples for inspiration. Hot pink roses, green chrysanthmum, light pink and baby green filler flowers on white fondant covered red velvet cake. Thanks for watching!

Husband and wife joint cake/cupcake tower. He was 60 and she was 40 hence the big 100. He loves golf, she loves shopping and they love their dog :-)

My first cake topper.... I'm new to the "cake game" and so i am just practicing! I was happy with how this little guy turned out... I just used fondant and added tylose powder to the body to make it really hard/ hold its shape. I wanted other details more relaxed, so they are just fondant and they have set hard where they fell. Can't wait to make more...
