This is my first wedding cake of more than 2 tiers that was for someone other than myself! It is decorated in Ivory fondant and midnight blue ribbon with diamantes, a handmade beaded swarkovski crystal topper and gumpaste bride and groom made using aine2's directions... only problem was with the black on the grooms eyes... bit heavy but not a lot that could be done about it! Most nerve racking cake ever as it turned out very tall! Hope you like it!

This is my final wedding cake for 2009 and also is the end of a chapter in my book of life! (how deep is that!) Next year I will be concentrating on teaching and creating new projects of my own choice and design to offer in classes and in tutorials too. Only special commissions from now on but you'll still see a LOT from me...not all Brides and Grooms....although some, with a twist perhaps!

This is my take on a divorce cake by elitecake.com. The ex was in prison, hence the orange prison jumpsuit. The only request was that she wanted her boobs to be impressive and she needed a tiara. LOL She also didn't want the cake to be as dark as the original. Thanks for looking!

This cake was for a bridal shower. The theme was a house divided since the groom was a Redskins fan and the bride was an Eagles fan.

it was a 3-tier double layer mini wedding cake for my friend's personal shower. I used three different sizes of cookie cutters and cut the cakes and filled them with fresh strawberries and french butter-cream and covered them with butter-cream and piped green small shrubs along the sides and placed a bride and groom candle as a cake topper!

Lemon sponge with lemon frosting and pink fondant covering. Filmo figures, fondant & gumpaste flowers and lightning bolt. Made for a customers friend, who has just got divorced but is also celebrating her 30th birthday with a princess childrens party. The remit I was given was to make it very pink and girly with a lightening bolt. She was very pleased with it, and I loved making it - what a fun cake to do... all that pink and glitter LOL

This is my very first wedding cake and first time modelling people exept flower babies :-) The figurines alone took at least 15 hours during 3 weeks and this was my first 3 tiered cake as well. I'm fairly pleased and have a long list of dos and don'ts for next time :-)
It's chocolate butter cake with raspberry mousse and white chocolate mousse. Covered in fondant and the decorations are in gumpaste. Every single bit is edible.
TFL!
