Flowers piped with Swiss Meringue Buttercream. First time I piped flowers directly on the cake... took longer than I thought it would, but I was happy with the results!

For the darling granddaughter of a dear friend. This was made in the Nordic Cute Cupcake Pan, frosted in buttercream roses and decorated with 50/50 flowers, Minnie ears, and bow. The cake board is decorated with Minnie heads and the birthday girl's name in disney font.

Not too sure about this one, I was not happy to say the least. The 3 year old girl of a friend was pleased though, I guess that's what matters the most.

Chocolate and vanilla layers with Cookies 'n' Cream butter creme. All decor is edible including faux ribbons. Gum paste Calla lilies, hydrangea, viburnum berries and sweet pea.

Cinnamon Roll Round cake with Cinnamon Buttercream icing and old school shells piped around the edges of the cake. Sunflower was a practice gumpaste flower(never made one before).

Tinkerbell cake made for a friend's daughter. Her 18th! Tried making a sugarpaste Tinkerbell but she it too iconic and it didn't turn out as I wanted, thus the plastic one on top.

10-,8-, and 6-inch round fondant. Topper and flower are gumpaste. I saw the half-circle border done by The Pastry Studio, loved it, and finally got the opportunity to use it.

Last minute cake for a dear friend of mine. She loves flowers and raises butterflies so the theme is obvious. Buttercream frosted with fondant flowers. Watering can is a mix of fondant and gumpaste. Colored the fondant gray and dusted it with pearl dust. Antiqued it with a mix of brown and green gel color mixed with lemon extract.
