White cake filled with strawberry and BC covered in BC. All accents and fairy made from modelling paste. This was a cake of first. My first time covering in only BC. Nightmare, although got a bit easier when I started sticking it in the fridge from time to time. It was also my first time using proper modeling paste instead of just fondant or flower and I really enjoyed working with it.

cake done for a little girl they call Izzy Bee. This was my interpretation of what she wanted. Rainbow chip with strawberry mousse filling - used the wondermold pan - it was the mom's request, not my favorite! Thanks for looking!

Bottom tier was chocolate with pb mousse, middle tier was white chocolate with white chocolate mousse and raspberry preserves, top tier was carrot cake with cream cheese filling. Fresh flowers, satin ribbon, covered in fondant with fondant bees. It was SOOO hot, and I was working on this cake without ac, but I think it turned out okay!

I made this for my sister-in-law's birthday. She loves bees. I got the directions from Wilton using the butterfly pan. It did not come out like I wanted but that is what happens when you don't give yourself enough time.

This was a cake for a little girls 1st birthday. The bug on the top is actually a bee and is decorated to match a theme sold for little girls 1st birthday parties. The bee was seperate so the birthday girl could use it as her smash cake. It was a marbled chocolate and vanilla cake using the sports pan and then iced with buttercream and covered in fondant. The antenna are floral wire. The base is a 10" with one chocolate layer and one vanilla layer, filled and iced with buttercream and fondant accents.

My latest order. The customer chose an odd assortment of animals. This just happened to be one of the trays as it was drying. My apologies for the fuzzy photo.

This was a cake I built for my Son's 9th Birthday. It's a "Chub City" style rendition of the Transformer's "Bumble Bee Camaro". This is a 7 layer, carved cake. Buttercream, hand painted, with a fondant cover on the car. This is only about my 5th cake to make, so, it;s not a pro job, but it was FUN!!! Hope you enjoy.

This was my second cake (again, with VERY little help from my neighbor)! For my dad's 70th BD. The dates on the top signify special events in his life (his birth, marriage, children births). Thanks to CC for inspiration!

I baked cupcakes in icecream cones. It was for my daughter to take to school to share with her classmates for her birthday. The cupcakes were marble cake. I decorated with buttercream and a marzipan bee. The bee idea I got from the cake bible. I made them myself and used sheet gelatin for their wings and painted the black with a brush and black gel colouring.

The frog is made out of a cupcake. I cut the bottom so that it would sit back and then piped the legs. The Bees are made of Junior mints with sliced almonds for wings.
