This was done for a neighbor's birthday whom my DH said was the June 22. After I had it almost completed I talked to her sister only to find out that her b-day is actually the 27TH! Anyway...It's a CASC cake with chocolate whipped ganache filling, chocolate BC icing and flowers and RI butterflies. TFL

Sage green wedding cakes. white with
cc filling, strawberry with strawberry cc filing. and lemon cake with lemon creame cheese filling. All iced with Swiss Meringue Butter cream( 95 degrees today ) what was I thinking!!!

This was a last-minute cake I did for my 4th anniversary. It gave me a chance to use my Wilton ejector set and triangle cake comb for the first time (and I still need some practice with both). This is covered in buttercream with mmf flowers.

I made these pumpkin cupcakes for church (we served Thanksgiving dinner to local homeless shelters and nursing homes). The pumpkins are handmade with royal icing. The cupcakes were pumpkin spice with vanilla buttercream. These could be made for Halloween as well.

UFC cake, octagon, Had alot of problems with thsi cake. My b/c wouldnt make
right, did the EI's and its only my 2nd time using them, cant figure them out as of yet, Then I "thought" I had the net figured out, NOPE..wasnt as easy as I thought, my fingers still have glue on them. And last but not least, As you can see I couldnt do the Octagon outline in black right...the left side is way off!!!! I sure hope there ok with it tomm. The woman doesnt even cook, she said anything would be fine. PLEASE INPUT, AS TO HOW I CAN IMPROVE THIS. TKS.

A Dragon for a 21st birthday.
First time doing a dragon cake....learnt a few things, will carve
a bit better next time round.
Chocolate cake carved and frosted in BC with fondant accents
plastic eyes and prunes on the nose.

A "little" cake for my hubby's birthday......he recently had a new pacemaker inserted, so this is where the idea came from.
Vanilla sponge with BC frosting, fondant accents and florist wires, for the wires
that are attached to the heart.
Grandson put a candle in the middle and sang happy birthday to him.....cute!!
