Banana Cream Frosting Ingredients 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix 1 very ripe banana, mashed 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons rum 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed Instructions 1 In a medium bowl or food processor, mix pudding, banana, milk and rum until very thick. Banana Butter Icing Ingredients 1/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup mashed bananas 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar Instructions 1 Cream together butter, banana, lemon juice and vanilla. Slowly beat in confectioners' sugar, adding more if needed to make a nice fluffy, spreadable icing. Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
